The employee that "helped" me add a new line was deceitful, manipulative and lied As a poverty level woman who is on a strict budget, I was told my bill would only increase by 20-30$ a month. And it was for the first billing cycle. Now my bill is 92$ more and customer service said it's too late to return the new device. I was also told I'd get a 200$ rebate for getting a new router (I didn't need one) to find out I'm not even eligible. T-Mobile employees are fraudulent and they do lot care who they rip off. After a problem with the customer service call center after I became a customer a couple of weeks ago I was nervous about walking in here. It was an incredibly experience. I went in the store with my wife to buy a new phone. The music was so loud that we could not hear the sales person. After asking them to turn it down they did and then turned it right back up after giving me a hard time about it.. Just to be sarcastic about it I guess. His name was Drew the guy who did it. And I didn't understand why he would ask "what" over and over again after turning the music back up because it was obvious that he could not hear me either. I do not recommend this store as they were quite rude by turning the music back up. I will be purchasing an iPad today, but unfortunately I will have to go to the one that is in Center city because this process is already become too difficult. read more

I've been here a few times now and each experience has been better than the last. Yesterday's service from Gary was just the best! I was looking for a specific phone the company was completely sold out of so I called this store directly. They luckily had one left and they held it for me! I walked in was taken immediately... Gary helped me set everything up with my new phone, explained to me a few things AND set me up with a new plan that lowered my bill $25 a month! He also suggested to me a $10 a month, cancel at any time extra that would really help with my Wifi situation and with in flight text and voice when I mentioned I'm headed on an upcoming trip. Score! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! No more hearing the kids whine that their Netflix or games aren't working because they don't have wifi on the road! Seriously can't thank him enough for this alone!! I'm kind of a tech dumb-a** and a nightmare iphone owner as I had over 66,000 photos on my last phone! Yup..66,000! Gary so patiently helped me understand more about my devices than I ever have, and he taught me tips and tricks to deal with the massive amount of data I have stored. I cannot commend him enough for dealing with my pain in the a** self. Gary suggested how to get accessories they were sold out of, and how to save on items I was looking for. He was not pushy, very personally and super friendly. I left feeling thrilled about my purchase, and certainly about my new monthly bill and all of the extra features he taught me about! The store is clean and glowing hot pink which having my girls in tow was fun! The staff didn't mind them testing out all the gadgets and roaming freely while I was being waited on. There's a parking lot!! In the city!! "Whoo hoo" said in my best Vicki Gunvalson voice. Such a pleasurable experience at this store. Again! Fan for life. *I must also note that the customer service T-Mobile offers in general...over the phone and in person, is MUCH better than I have received from any carrier, and I've used both Verizon & AT&T previously. I am very happy with my decision to switch carriers a few years back and do not see me changing. Ever. I used to absolutely dread having to head into the "other" carrier's store or sit on hold forever. T-Mobile has proven to be as quick and efficient as this busy mama needs them to be! Pa. 19145 on July 8th 2021 We were greeted by Portia a T-Mobile representative who checked us in and then patiently explained our options. She was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. read more

I went today June 7th 2017 nobody greet me, nobody talked to me, I tried to get somebody but everybody seems to be busy (even tough there were only 2 customers at that time). After 20 minutes I left the store empty handed. I'll never go back to that store. It's a pity I can not give them half a start. read more

This is the best neighborhood friendly t-mobile store! If you are going to buy phones or port your number from another carrier, this is the t-mobile store to go to. The staff is friendly and knows how to manage time well. After 11am and before 5pm are usually the slowest times. If you want to get waited on quickly, these are the times to go. Also I advise if you need to make a bill payment, do so online or by calling. Sometimes you will be waiting 40 mins just to pay a bill because you're in line behind a few people that need help doing things that could be a little time consuming. The store is clean, well stocked and organized and very knowledgeable. Great experiences here. A+++ read more

I wish I could give these incompetent group of yahoos negative stars. My son went into the store to add a line & port his number & Jennifer disconnected my line ported his number on my line - I called the store to advise them of this coaching opportunity & Chris was unconcerned & rude. Not only do I run the risk of losing my number but I'm out of service & time dealing with what should have been a simple line add. Jennifer seemed more concerned with flirting with my kid than doing her job. She stalked him and got the number to his job and proceeded to harass his co-workers and act belligerent about her screw up. Bunch of A-holes all around - I will be escalating this. Had Chris acted the least bit emphatic I would not be as angry. The fact he acted as if I was bothering his day even further pissed me off. read more

Customer service here sucks. There's absolutely no Organization in the way they service customers. No lines, no numbers no anything. If they don't like your face they won't wait on you period. Ample amount of reps just poor customer service. I should've went to the one on Island Ave. Do better people please. read more
