This was a bit emotional for me because Apple being Apple i was worried (my neurodivergence = I follow everything written). However, as a blogger on the road who hadn't been able to post I was feeling rather squirrely. Having been referred, and Needing to drive halfway across county the following morning, I felt more comfortable after speaking to the young Russian gentleman with a bob and the business owner (both reassuring me it was a routine procedure), i consented. 90 minutes later I have a phone that stayed turned on overnight and doesnt burn my hand when touched. As for my data problem, the gentleman provided instructions for how to move the data without losing it. After speaking to an Apple tech, who advised I get a new phone because my version 11 phone has only half the capacity of the newer phones out there because "the upgrades require more just to run the phone" and since I can't afford one at the moment, this is the perfect opportunity to learn a new skill ! My friend recommended this store to fix my broken iPhone screen. 30 minutes later it was fixed and it was half the price that the Apple Store wanted to charge. A few days later I took my Apple Mac Air there to see if it could be fixed. The Apple Store told me they could fix it but for the price I should just buy a new computer. I was running around with a iPhone 7 that I feel like I bought 40 different new cords for and some of them would work and some of them would not work it was extremely frustrating. They use very cheap products. My phone is malfunctioning within less than 48 hours of getting my screen replaced. I called in and explained the issues they were not helpful and the most the were willing to do was to discount 20 dollars out of a 150 screen replacement. The phone is an iphone xs. My Android wasn't charging, and my mobile provider pushed a new phone. Mr. Fix didn't have a replacement for the charging port, but did suggest cleaning which fixed my charging problem! $10 for a cleaning vs $800 for a new phone. Only took 10 minutes to clean. read more

They saved my laptop! I got a Window blue screen error message. I brought it in and they immediately diagnosed the problem ~ it needed a new hard drive. RIP OFF. Replaced my screen and within two weeks it went completely black. Went to Apple and they told me it's because they use cheap screens that don't connect to the actual hardware in the phone. Went to get refund and they refused despite it never being stated that it was no refundable. He kept trying to tell me he would fix it because of the "lifetime warranty". I told him I didn't want another half ass screen replacement. I spent $140 and it doesn't work. Had to get him to call his manager and BARGAIN for my money back. Where my issue is , there is a sign in the store that states 5 dollars off of your phone or laptop repair if you check in on yelp . Which I did and presented the coupon that yelp provided after the repair only to be told that is an old deal. And the price of the repair is lower than when they had the deal. I had an 9.7 iPad Pro that I need the screen repaired. So it costed 170$ to fix it and I was fine with that price. So I shipped my iPad in a reusable tablet box via Fedex since I work for Fedex. It ended up getting there Monday and they didn't take long to fix it. However they never asked me how I wanted it to be shipped whether it was Fedex , Ups or Postal Service they just shipped it. So they ship my iPad not to mention they threw the box I paid for away which was reusable and specialized for a tablet. And the only reason why I know this is because I called them and I had to literally ask them for the tracking number. They never gave it to me in a final email or nothing. So apparently they put my iPad into a priority padded mailer which is something you shouldn't do period for iPad then on top of that they didn't even ensure it with a value of how much it is worth. Long story short the Mailman marked it "delivered into Mailbox" when it never was delivered even had my roommate come out and verify if it was delivered. Literally took a Uber home to make sure he wasn't lying and he wasn't it wasn't there. Then I locked my iPad and called the post office immediately and was on hold for 3 hrs and then made a case. literally had to reopen the case a second time cause they pretty much gave me a fuck off because it wasn't insured THANKS ALEX LIBIN !!!. Now since Alex Libin didn't insure my iPad he don't want reimburse me for my loss so now im going to file for a small court claims to get my money back that I lost :)! See you in court Alex P.s. The screen that they repair your phone with is VERY THIN and FRAGILE! I wish I could post a picture to show how poor this material is. After 8 days of repair the phone in a case fell maybe 2ft onto an industrial rug and cracked! I've dropped my phone on marble tile from higher places and this has never happened!!!!
