I got my wife a brand new IPhone here at T-Mobile right in front of Target Store on Skibo Rd. We got a welcoming greetings from the staff and you have to come down to this particular one because the atmosphere is very nice. It's clean, professional looking and the merchandise are clearly marked. We had an outstanding customer service by Ms. Tecora. She is the one that got her phone squared away. Very knowledgeable, attentive and helpful all the time. If you want to experience great communication and satisfaction. This is where to start. Thanks Tecora and thank you T-Mobile. If you want to be lied to and manipulated by middle aged women you should definitely try this T-Mobile out. My wife and I were told if we switched companies they would pay our devices off..... some how they don't know what I'm talking about... I am warning all T-Mobile customers keep an eye on your bill especially if you change your services‼‼‼ I had unlimited everything when I first signed up with T mobile it was supposed to be $95 a month I didn't have any problems until I added lines and got the family plan with four lines so I had my line and three other lines well I ended up dropping the other three lines Well T-Mobile did not do their job and I couldn't figure out why I kept getting these extravagant phone bills and as I was just informed they never took the other lines off so they were charging me for all these other phone lines that I didn't have anymore and nobody said anything to me nobody tried to help me or nothing so now I have over a $600 phone bill that I can't even pay my phone is turned off I needed my phone for work and because of the negligence and incompetence of the employees of T-Mobile I'm having to pay a $600 phone bill now trying to pay to send off I can't afford to get my phone turned back on or even have a phone but I tell you what when I do get another phone or I'm able to get my phone turned back on I sure as hell will not use T-mobile ever again nor would I recommend T-Mobile to anybody I would not recommend T-mobile to my worst enemy‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼ read more

To sum it up, I came in to pick up a new phone through my warranty and I am not very phone savvy when it comes to the technical aspects. Well before I left, I asked the agent that was helping me if everything was good to go as my iCloud was syncing to my new phone and he ensured me that the iCloud syncing can be done at home. All of that for him to tell me that I can erase my old phone. Well come to find out, nothing on my old phone was transferred and honestly it is very disappointing and a huge inconvenience. Yes I will live on, but I do not recommend coming to this store for absolutely anything, because they more likely than not will become one of your biggest inconveniences for the following days. Now this may just be me venting but seriously, I have to start from scratch and redownload all of my apps and for some of the apps I can't even regain important messages regarding my job. If you are getting a new phone, don't let them fool you, and verify, verify, verify. Ah and I think the guys name is Vincent, I could be wrong, but he's the big dude that wears a mask. Yeah I don't really care, the last place I will be coming to fix a problem is this location. I might as well move to Verizon since I have a clean slate now. Walking into the store, I got greeted immediately. Both staff were assisting customers, so I had to walk around the store and explore their promotions and devices. I forgot her name, but she was nice, she apologized for my waiting, I was like too easy. I am not surprised this store gets busy all the time, it is located inside the mall. Since it was closing when I came, it wasn't all that bad. I explained to her my concern and what my mission was, that is to get out of the store with the new Samsung Galaxy S9plus in my pocket, I mean more like in a paper bag. She looked into my account and viola, she was like Sure! She asked me what color I wanted, I said Blue. She went in the back to get me the brand new unopened, boxed phone. As easy and fast as that. I left with the new phone, I was thrilled. When I got to my place I noticed that she put in a wrong receipt, oopps. I called the store past 7pm, knowing the store would have been close by that time, but she picked up, and apologized. Those are the qualities of great customer service. I'd make this as my home TMo store. Go Magenta.

PWC is price gouging…read more Since the new rate increase for 2026, I have been receiving bills for water usage for my 1person household as a residential customer for 5080 gallons of water. My normal usage usually fluctuates between 800 to 1200 (rarely) gallons per month. I have no leaks or plumbing issues. I have been communicating with PWC regarding this issue with no resolution. I do not have a pool, water my lawn, wash my car or have massive amount of laundry. My usage is routine. And has been for the last 13 years at this home.

They will not work with you at all and even more are raising the rates this summer. I hope in the future a way of getting power from Duke energy to Fayetteville will be an alternative if they can achieve it.

Their price was the best of the few I called in the city. The location kinda stinks for parking since it's downtown. But I was able to park fairly close each time. Be prepared to pay to park as well. I wish I would have dropped it off on a day where I could visit some of the nearby shops and eateries while waiting. That would have made up for the lack of convenient and free parking. I'll be using them again should the need arise.
