Your store is a joke. We visited at 5:15 PM, well before closing, specifically to purchase a new phone with no trade-in for him, as his work requires a reliable device. Despite repeatedly stating our clear intention, the two sales associates, one of whom appeared to be a manager, seemed unwilling to listen. They continuously focused on the condition of his current phone and the idea of a trade-in, completely disregarding our request, even after we clarified it multiple times. It was frustrating to feel so unheard. To add to our frustration, I overheard the manager tell her coworker in Spanish that they should avoid helping us because the setup would take longer than the remaining time before closing. "More than 35 minutes to set up". This felt unprofessional and implied a refusal of service, despite the store being empty and still open for business. This level of customer service and apparent disinterest in assisting a long-term customer is truly disheartening. Overlooked. I hope AT&T addresses the customer service and training at this location, as this experience has significantly impacted my view of your company. Jason has a very thorough knowledge of how houses are constructed, and I felt confident that he was able to evaluate everything he looked at. We got the "Premium" package; there are different levels of inspection you can order, as well as various add-on tests such as radon testing or sewer line scoping. In addition to the walk-through, we received a written summary of the most important problems, a written list of everything inspected with lots of photos, a floor plan for the house with measurements, 360 degree photos of all the parts of the house (inside and outside), and a registry of all appliances and serial numbers with lists of recalls (none in our case). They print the report out on the spot and put it in a nice binder with some additional canned information, and also email it to you so you have an electronic copy.

A $16,900 job... I couldn't recommend this team less unless you want bad advice and them to refuse to fix their mistakes.
