During the process, the app stopped working and that same employee notified his manager that I would be coming back in +15 mins to finish the process, while the app was refreshing. I waited and returned to the store with the manager absent and the model that he was holding for me gone. Additionally I was put back on a wait list with 3 customers in front of me, and when the manager reappeared I had let him know I was here previously, I just needed to finish the transaction. He was aware I was returning and dismissed me saying I needed to wait for the people in front of me. Meanwhile he had been helping no one, and the store was closing in 15 minutes. I did NOT purchase the phone, and the unprofessionalism of the store blew the whole transaction.

They've told me many times: in fact about 10 times, my data would be ready to be picked up tomorrow or the next day. They also say they'll call with updates. Friday they told me it will be ready Monday, and so I took time off work Tuesday to pick up toward the end of the day. Now they are telling me 3 more days! WHAT?? I have no idea how they got this many 5 star reviews. They have done nothing trustworthy so far in this 30 day experience. At least be honest with people. I know enough about computers and data transfer to know bullsh*t when I hear it. 1 star. Beware.

I did that and then they tell me I can't upgrade because I have a past due balance of 145$. I paid the past due balance. they tell me I can't upgrade because I have 4 more payments left on the iPhone 15pro. I paid 208$. Im upset they forced me to pay the remainder of the phone because it'll just be added to the new phone credit. then they tell me they need additional 145 for the taxes and activation fee. Paid all this money just for them to sell me a AT&T carrier locked phone. I called tech support and gave them all the IMEI information they needed to try and fix the issue but nothing worked. All for them to tell me that I need to exchange the phone. I couldn't exchange the phone straight up. I have to return it first then wait 3 days for my payment just for them to take the 145 again.
