Bff n I stopped by because his android phone was fully charged and would die quickly. The girl that was helping him today 7/26/26 around 4pm, wasn't super helpful. She basically told him she wouldn't be able to trade in his phone if it was damaged, but it was not broken, or shattered so I suggested maybe he can file a claim. She did show him how to do it, but suggested he log into my tlife account to figure the claim out. I had to let her know we are not a couple, just friends and that I can't have him log in because I have my app set up with my biometrics and passwords the way I like it and asked how she would handle this situation if I was not present. He ended up not getting his problem resolved at all and she suggested again that he log into my life account again. We had been out all day so my phone was already dead. Overall, i prefer the Tmobile on Shields and First or the one on Blackstone and Herndon. Definitely not someone I would upgrade or buy a phone from. I went into this location expecting to drop a decent amount of money on some devices. We needed two Max Pros, 1 Apple Watch, 2 Airpods and 1 pen. The gentleman who got us seen before they closed was cute, helpful and accommodating (turned out to be the manager?). However, once we were handed over to the sales rep I immediately wondered why I didn't walk out at that very moment, and why I'm even dropping a dime in this store where these incompetent employees didn't know a cell phone from their ass. They couldnt tell me ONE difference between the Airpods and Airprods PRO. Which has over a hundred difference in price, WHICH I was about to spend money on. He lied about the AppleCare service and their warranty and what I was buying, and when I questioned it he became irritated that I was asking him any type of question at all. Needless to say after researching myself, I cancelled the "warranty" online and got some real information on these products. I am questioning weather keeping TMobile or going with a reputable provider who knows what they're talking about. The Manager said he would call me to discuss concerns, and never did. Yesterday was like Friday the thirteenth, but on a Monday. Or maybe I had the case of the Mondays? All in know is that I had a really bad day. My phone was stolen the night before and every time I thought that nothing else can go wrong..It did. So I came into the tmobile store super pissed off and came out of the store with a huge smile on my face.The sales associate named Brittney is the perfect example of what all employees need to be like. This wonderful woman sat with me and my daughter for almost two hours to make sure I left with a phone and that my issues on my account was resolved. At one point I'm on one phone and she's on another talking to several 611 operator's AND on top of that! The crew yesterday afternoon was helping me with my two year old daughter by keeping her smiling the whole time (which is a whaaaa?! moment because two year olds don't normally do that). Thank you tmobile crew and especially Brittney. You made my whole experience wonderful and made me feel like part if your little family. Keep it going, guys! You are doing amazing!! read more

Beware employees are misleading and deceiving. They will sell you whatever they claim is free then when the bill comes you will end up being twice as much.
