    I got back on my yelp account just to leave this review…read more I went in just to get a new phone, as my iPhone ended up getting water damage so it wasn't working properly at all, and I walked out with a new phone, phone case, car charger, glass protector, AND a lower price for my plan (all since we were so outdated) for a reasonable price. This is the best customer service I've had in a long time at a Verizon kiosk (basically store, they're almost the same thing). Chris Piceno was an absolute joy to work with! He's smart, has a really upbeat personality, and legitimately wanted me to be happy at the end of my purchase. We talked for a bit about what I wanted and it really felt like I was talking to a friend, not someone who was trying to make me buy something (even though I went in with the intentions of getting a brand new phone). In the end, I still got a case and car charger since I had one for my iPhone and didn't want it to be weird without one and it was the best decision to go to that area for sure. If you go to this store, or call, make sure to see if Chris is there. Again, you won't be disappointed! Because of the customer service and how happy I am now, I wish I could give way more stars to this location! :)

The store Manager Jayson and the clerk Roy showed me three phones to choose from. Both Jayson and Roy stressed to me that the Motorola, Moto Z4, was without a doubt the best picture, plus I qualified for two gift cards. We even shared how they would pay for the phone. Three months later I called regarding the gift cards. This was the first of promised calls, that never came. After countless visits and calls, talking to Roy, Joshua, Lane, and others, I met Tyler. Not only did he say I didn't qualify for the cards, I was only $25 short on the price of the phone. Had I known that I would have totally bough the more expensive phone. Well, Tyler fit the spirit of this retail Verizon store. He promised me not only a call back from the store manager but also the District Manager...Two weeks later, no calls...Evidently each store s responsible for any mis-communication, misrepresentation to consumers. It is the responsibility of the individual store. Needless to say, this store completely mislead and took advantage of me, as a senior citizen, I am so disappointed by Verizon for not standing behind their promotions and very dissatisfied with the Verizon Store on Herndon/Brawley. I feel they saw an older women and totally took advantage of her/me. If you choose to shop at this Verizon Store, realize they may not stand by their promotions. I can't help but wonder if they just blatantly took advantage of me for commission on a possible unpopular phone, just to get them all sold.... AJ Guest 02/09/2020

    The absolute worst. They just care about getting sales…read more I bought a iPhone & went back to return it. Dale was great took the return and ported my number to my main line. He also mentioned if I brought back the box I would get a refund. I come back with the box and receipts and unfortunately dale is with another client. John proceeds to help me leaving clients that he was working with. John was under the impression he was not getting a sale with the other clients so that is why he dismissed them and came to me. Once he found out what I was there for he started the process. However the clients he was with had a change of heart and were going to get a phone call they called him over again so now he is more interested in the sale than helping me out. He then goes back to the other clients and leaves me at the desk. I was patient but after waiting 45 mins I decided to leave. I called dale and expressed my frustration he tells me that he will take care of it and send me a check. I agreed and left it at that. 5 mins later John calls me back and tells me I need to come back that he is not returning my cell phone unless I am there. Furthermore, there were other employees that were available to help me but since it was not a sale they made up excuses that they were busy. I would encourage corporate to look at the cameras 3:55pm 12|30|2024 "busy" is being outside smoking a cigarette. Completely unacceptable I will never go back to this location. I will never recommend this location.

Supervisor Daniel stands out as one of the kindest, most intelligent, and knowledgeable Verizon supervisors I've encountered in Fresno. Associates Bella and Seth have also been incredibly professional and helpful during my visits. Cody, and a woman with glasses whose name I unfortunately didn't catch, both provided 100% top-tier customer service. Their support should be recognized and commended. However, despite these positive experiences, I feel compelled to address one of the most disrespectful and demeaning interactions I have ever had in a retail environment--an experience that left me hurt, humiliated, and deeply disappointed. During a recent visit, I was assisted by an employee named Caleb. From the very beginning, his approach was condescending and dismissive. He began our interaction by saying, "Don't interrupt me, I'm speaking"--completely inappropriate, especially when addressing a customer. He then questioned my decision to purchase a Gizmo device for my daughter, even after I explained I had a specific plan. Instead of supporting my choice, he undermined and disregarded it, saying I should just order online, despite my stated needs. As a female veteran who is currently unhoused, I felt belittled, mansplained, and disrespected--not just as a customer, but as a human being. This experience was not only upsetting; it was a clear violation of the dignity and respect every customer deserves. For the record, under California Government Code § 11135 and the Unruh Civil Rights Act (Civil Code § 51), it is illegal for businesses in California to discriminate against or harass individuals based on gender, veteran status, or housing status. As a protected class under both federal and California law--including the Fair Housing Act, California Military and Veterans Code, and local anti-discrimination policies in Fresno County--I deserve to be treated with respect and equality. I share this not to shame, but to call for accountability and training so that no other person--especially someone already facing challenges like housing insecurity--experiences this kind of treatment. Verizon, please invest in customer service training that aligns with your brand values and California's protections. To the amazing team members who do their jobs with integrity--thank you. You are the reason I return.

    This morning was one of those moments that I almost lost my mind. I looked at my phone, and my…read moreinternet completely shut down. Knowing that was an issue, I quickly switched to see if my Wi-Fi was working, and still no internet access on my phone. This is the kind of day that will make a man go crazy when you're disconnected from the outside world. Long story short, I went into Verizon and received the absolute best customer service I've had in a long time. The gentleman's name was Ruggeri and he knew exactly what to do to diagnose my phone to make sure that he could get it working again perfectly. Lo and behold, after a few tries and a SIM reset, my phone was working perfectly. Thank you, Ruggero, for all of your help and your kindness, and I highly recommend coming to this store and getting your phone serviced by Ruggero.

The gentleman that helped me with my Verizon acct screwed up my entire acct. Deliberately lied about what my phone payments would be, what I would be loosing from my current service, etc. He was very unpleasant to other customers in store while I was present. I went in for a 2nd time to try and fix the issue (as advised by Verizon rep) he was so unhelpful and again, rude to other people in the store. It's been over 2 months and I'm still trying to fix the issues he created with my phone accts. I do not recommend this business.
