Poor service, they don't answer their phones. The times they do pick up they just set it aside. Must not have management on duty.

Just had a great experience with Jacob at the Gresham, OR location on Burnside and Eastman Pkwy. I was on hold with my previous carrier for 2 1/2 hours and when someone finally picked up the phone, they still couldn't help me. I decided to go to T-Mobile because I knew they had an actual storefront with real people who can help you. I was lucky enough to be helped by Jacob, who solved my problem and had me on my way in 1/2 hour. What a difference! Thank you Jacob!!! read more

It was one of those amazing experiences.. something you don't expect when you're just trying to activate your new phone.. but, Michael the associate who worked with me that day (Friday 29th) made it so ! he was just an incredibly kind, and compassionate person.. in addition to being knowledgeable and super adept at nav' ing my iPhone. It was fast , and a pleasure to have met & enjoyed every minute of my journey in this tmobile store on the Friday after thanksgiving. I had been a solid T Mobile customer for 9 years. This is the first time I did not get a good customer service experience. Employee name is "BRENDEN". I showed up because I wanted to swap my iphone 13 to 16 and I totally understand that they were out of stock. He told me I can order it and wait for 3wks to get it, so I agree but then when he asked for my ID and he was having issue because I got married 2 years ago, he was having a problem. I totally forgot to tell him last year when my mom upgraded her phone (she is part of my line) it's the same issue which is my last name, but they managed to help me and just call the customer service line. He did try to change it though using the app, but it won't be granted in just an hour. So, he told me to call the customer service line 611 to deal with it once I get home. He is nice employee but I did not feel like he did his 100% to help me. I will be staying to this carrier but not planning to come back at this location! read more
