T Mobile's Assurant Protection 360 has the rudest, unhelpful customer service that I have ever dealt with. Unbelievably unprofessional. I had 2 chats ended while I was still typing and asking questions. I regret being as polite as I was to them. I would definitely give 0 stars if I could. I have never been treated so rudely from a business before. I was told when I switched to T-Mobile that they had service where I live, which was untrue. When I called customer support I was told the closest tower was over 5 miles away and that I was not in an optimal service area. When I returned my device and canceled my account I was treated with hostility. I was told to leave and never come back by the manager Brad. No problem, I will never be back. read more

While my T-Mobile service has been good, my experience with employee Meghan in the Helena store has me about to quit T-Mobile. She was downright rude at the start and throughout (though I didn't stay long--I walked out as she clearly had no interest in assisting me). Furthermore, she totally lied to me. I had talked with several people at the 800# who had told me to go to the store regarding an issue, which I did. Following her atrocious actions I talked to T-Mobile management at the 800# again who confirmed I was right in going to the store, the employee failed. Shame on you T-Mobile, Helena! read more

Went in the first time to switch providers, they were not able to switch a regular iPhone over, ended up being without a phone for several days. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and came back later. Went a second time to try to expedite the process, as I need my phone for work and traveling. I received horrible customer service. Waited there for over an hour with minimal acknowledgment, being told that they would help us shortly. Asked again after of waiting to be told that it was going to be a while. On top of that, other phones on the plan that were able to change over had terrible service and dropped calls. Decided to switch back to the original provider at that point. As the account was being cancelled and new phones were being returned, the store manager (Brad?) became very rude and mocking. Will not recommend or go back. read more

TMobile lies when they say they have nationwide coverage; they do not, at all, period. In and around Helena MT there is no service. Between Flagstaff AZ and Provo Utah there is no service. Between Ogden Utah and Pocatello Idaho there is no service. Between Pocatello Idaho and Great Falls Montana there is no service. Between Tucson Arizona and dang near anywhere there is no service. This is my experience. In Montana especially though, there is no service. I could not get service parked in front of their retail store. It just doesn't work. This is not a telecommunications company, its a joke. There is no such thing as TMobile Cell Phone Service anywhere in Montana, Idaho, most of Arizona, and many many many other places. Just don't try TMobile, ir I guarantee you will be disappointed to the extreme. read more

We had transferred service from Verizon in September. The service is marginal at best. No coverage right outside of town and minimal. Purchased the device protection which covers screen protectors...they are never in stock and have to be ordered. Today the screen protector ordered will be one that comes off in a day. Brad the manager that assisted was an ass! His only suggestion was to remove the protection plan. I will soon! read more

Connectivity's the worst!! Several times a week, service will drop, *if* it reconnects, will be 4G or will resort to AT&T 3G. While typing this, was notified of 'No Service'. This has been an ever present problem since I made the mistake of signing up with this pitiful company. Most often happens on Saturday & Sunday nights. If able to contact customer service, it's overseas but they assure me that they're 'super excited' that I reached out to them. All that's ever been conveyed is that it's an 'ongoing problem' & that there's a team working on it. NO ONE EVER FOLLOWS UP!! Avoid T-Mobile, they really suck!! read more

I switched to T-Mobile because of their stand on net-neutrality and the "un-carrier" motto. The downtown store is a great location and the in-person service pros are very helpful. Sadly, the business only rates 2 stars because my calls & texts consistently don't go through, and I've spent lot of time and numerous conversations with the on-line support and on-call support. I've been promised they will fix the problem, even had work ticket numbers to reference and I start at step #1 each time I call to follow up. The in-person service guys have been very helpful and have had the same results from the customer service when they call on my behalf. After trying to get this corrected over the last 90 days, I am switching to another carrier. read more
