I mailed 2 packages on 5/6/26 both with additional insurance. one them was damaged badly , we have sent numerous pictures to UPS portal systems with no luck , we have tried calling this store several times with no answer; the one time we did get an answer we left a message and were promised that the owner would call us back. It's been weeks with no returned call. Don't use this store or UPS. We now have to get an attorney involved because of the expense of our item. Zero customer service read more

I think this store could use an update in customer service they denied shipping my package in the box that it was so that they could get an extra fee for me for a box and packing material even though my box is completely packed to the way that it should be then I was accused of being the rude one and I simply was not being rude should have made a scene in the store completely ridiculous just an extra way of charging me more for a box that was completely packed. read more

If I could give this place a Minus 5, I would. 1. The door is small, and upon entry, it opens out, requiring you to drop your boxes and hold it open with your leg while you try and pick up the boxes. There were 5 employees standing around. 2. They jack up their prices hideously. 3. When I got an estimate, the manager came up and re-measured, saying I needed to buy a much bigger box than the clerk estimated, adding $30 to the price. 5. She got the box, then told me they wouldn't insure the item that she got the bigger box for. 6. The clerk was disagreeable, surly, and looked like she'd rather be anywhere else in world. 7. When I got home and checked the receipt, they had designated another item as uninsured and didn't tell me. 8. Nobody said "thank you ". 9. I'm a very polite person, and pretty tolerant. I've only left one negative review before, but I think people should be warned about this place. As a business, we've dealt with the REAL UPS for over 25 years without a complaint. The sign on the door says "Owned by someone in your community." I'd say they have no idea what community means. I'll never set foot in that place again. Don't know about those 5 star reviews. Either the place has changed ownership or some of those are fake reviews by the owners. read more

Have been trusting this UPS Store for years with a variety of jobs: faxing, copying, notarizing and, of course, shipping. Customer service is excellent and "Jay" is particularly efficient and knowledgeable. She's a pro at her job and friendly and good-natured irrespective of whether or not it's an extraordinarily busy time in her world - never too busy to smile and greet her customers with a kind word. Been coming here for close to 10 years for business and personal related shipping and misc work. Always been the most helpful and knowledgeable staff to get me in and out quickly. They know I'm usually in a hurry and have many things to accomplish in a short time while I'm home. This store and it's employees were lifesavers for my family! We relocated here from Nevada. At the time we were selling a home out of state (faxing, notary), buying a new home here (printing, notary), my husband was looking for work (resumes printed) my kids were switching schools (medical records faxed). I used them for all my printing, notary and shipping needs. It got to the point that I had their email address saved in my phone to automatically forward all docs. And with all of these things happening they remained organized, polite, and incredibly efficient. They seriously deserve my appreciation! Thanks guys!!! read more

Moved into town about 4 months ago & had the short-term need for a mailbox while looking for a home to purchase. Decided on the UPS Store in Helena. It was really a GREAT choice. The entire staff is friendly & very efficient. The price for the mailbox I rented was VERY affordable. Cost about half what I paid in Seattle for the same service. Shipping here is also very affordable & convenient. The fact that the UPS Customer Counter by the airport is only open for shipping here in Helena from 5PM-6PM makes the UPS Store the only place to go to ship out via UPS because of their "all-day" hours & the prices are exactly the same unlike other shipping stores which charge much more. With the great, friendly service & excellent prices, I would very highly recommend this UPS Store in Helena. read more

I shipped a package to a store in billings. This UPS put their return label on it. So while I was waiting on the package in a different city, package was delivered to the UPS store. Of coarse no phone call cause even though you give them that information when you ship, they don't have it. read more

Worst customer service in town, even the post office workers are nicer. Had to use this store twice and both times I've been treated rudely by the employees. I will stand in line at the post office or use fedex before I ever use this place again. read more
