    This guy angel fraudulently added accessories to my account. Didn't even at least try giving me the accesorios he fraudulently added. My goofy A didn't even bother checking cause you should be able to trust people and i even left this guy a good review i wasn't even aware till a month later when checking my bill. Yea it's $6 a month but that's my $6

    I came here excited about purchasing my first Apple Watch, but that excitement was short-lived when I came home and realized I did not have the necessary adapter to charge my new toy. I went back to T-Mobile - pissed - wondering out loud how they could sell an item without the necessary accessories. The salesman - Dereck Partida - blamed it on the manufacturer, took absolutely no accountability for the error, and gave me such a nasty attitude I told him to just forget the entire thing. When I asked for his name, he actually said "I will write it down nice and big for you to make it easy to remember." So, here you go T-Mobile! Thank you Dereck, for the amazing Mother's Day treatment. Just what I needed on the anniversary of my infant's death.

We honestly didn't know how we were going to get everything switched and set up, but Juan, one of the employees working that day, was absolutely amazing. He helped us every step of the way -- from transferring our data and setting up the new phones to walking us through how to use all the new features. He was patient, polite, and incredibly knowledgeable. In the past, we've been to other T-Mobile locations where the staff seemed rushed, uninterested, or unwilling to help, so this experience truly stood out. We were both so grateful for Juan's kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond. Job well done, Juan! I went in on 04/15/2026 around 5:40-6 pm to understand why I was still getting charged when I cancelled my services a month prior. It turns out, I still had 3 active lines, so unacceptable. Now, this isn't the reps or stores fault but more so the phone rep I previously had spoken to back in March. My issue with this store and people in the front is that I was TOLD to go to a "corporate store" over 30 minutes away in menifee. Why? To get "verified" as my T-Life app had been disabled because my phone was no longer active with t mobile. WHY am I being sent to a different store 30 minutes away especially with these gas prices? So insane, just say you didn't want to attend me. Because I went to a "non-corporate " store in San Jacinto (less than 10 minutes away) and was able to solve the issue by getting verified in-store with my ID. Why did this store not do that in the first place?? Ridiculous that I was told otherwise. Please do better at not giving out false information and actually assist people trying to cancel their lines the FIRST time.

    Went into the store 04/12/2026 in the afternoon while two young ladies were working. They only had…read moreone customer so I was "assisted" right away. I stated I needed to pay a remaining $140 since I cancelled my expensive services with greedy t-mobile and that I needed something in writing stating I'd be done with the account. The representative scanned my ID, and gave me a pin which did not work when I called to request a letter in writing and to pay my bill. Very frustrating, now I'm being told to go back into a physical store to request this. Too much back and forth - I wish I couldn't cancelled my services with t mobile years ago I dread going into the store on my time off.

    I purchased the phone through Metro by T-Mobile. I was there in told to take my phone to T-Mobile…read more Have it activated. I was later told that because I paid for my phone. At Metro. That T-Mobile owns my phone until 2027. It was supposed to be an upgrade. I have called T-Mobile and spoke to several supervisors over and over again to try to get this matter resolved. I was told by T-Mobile that they would unlock the phone so I could move my phone to a different carrier. I was the tow no we're not unable to unlock the phone. You would just have to deal with it until 2027. Be careful when you buy your phone from Metro by T-Mobile from T-Mobile because they are a fraud. They are legally robbing people and having them locked into a contract with them for two years to pay off a phone, which was the iPhone 14 supposedly upgrade, but the iPhone 16 were available at the time, not an upgrade, but a robbery legally.
