Went into the store 04/12/2026 in the afternoon while two young ladies were working. They only had one customer so I was "assisted" right away. I stated I needed to pay a remaining $140 since I cancelled my expensive services with greedy t-mobile and that I needed something in writing stating I'd be done with the account. The representative scanned my ID, and gave me a pin which did not work when I called to request a letter in writing and to pay my bill. Very frustrating, now I'm being told to go back into a physical store to request this. I went in to upgrade my wife's phone and add my line back onto mother's family plan coming from Verizon. The Assistant Manager Dimitri was phenomenal is assisting me achieve this with some added bonuses of new home internet and even getting my daughter set up with a newer and better phone than she had with the switch and keep deal, all at little cost to me. Wife is happy with a new iPhone, I am happy with a new s25 ultra and internet savings, and my daughter is happy his her newer s23 Ultra. I've been a T-Mobile member for a very long time. I have been to all the T-Mobiles stores in town and they all but one, had rude customer service they were not helpful at all unless you were spending big money. THIS T-Mobile store is not like that. This is my favorite T-Mobile store here's why. They have a warm smile on there faces when they great you. There customer service is amazing and the team is very helpful. I had an issue with my phone when we were upgrading and they were amazing on helping me handle my situation. I drove quite a way to pay my WiFi bill. I knew I would be cutting it short by arriving 15 minutes before closing time so I figured I'd continue to drive while calling the company to ask if they can still see me. No luck on any answers so I got there 8-10 minutes before closing. My fiancé patiently waited outside in hopes someone would come out with a courtesy reminder if they're closed a bit earlier or if they were at max capacity given the fact that it was a lobby full of people. I proceeded to call to let them know what was going on. They answered 15 minutes later. I asked to speak to the manager they said they didn't have one for the night. I was in the car watching him the balled guy) roll his eyes making smart remarks to the other associates inside and mocked me and my fiancé. The entire staff and costumers laughed in our face as Sergio argued with my fiancé. I'm am completely embarrassed by this experience I do not believe they should be talking to costumers if they're this unprofessional and disrespectful to their customers. 6/27: I recommend going to a different location. I was charged for a USB port by Freddy. I had no clue until I went home, looked at the invoice, and checked my bag. I went back the same day to return it and he claims I can't do it the same day without having to do the process of setting up my phone again. Now I have to go back tomorrow to return an item I never asked for. I don't appreciate businesses charging for items to boost their commissions without customer consent. I can't imagine how many people he's scammed already without their knowledge. He was bragging about how much he makes and now I understand why. Go elsewhere. 6/28: New update. I received another charge for insurance on my phone. Yesterday, Freddy asked if I wanted insurance on my phone and I told him no. I've never gotten insurance for any of my phones. Come to find out, he charged me for insurance as well which would boost my monthly payment to $18 more a month. This guy steals and is very dishonest with the company, the community he works for, and should not be employed with T-Mobile. I also went back today to return the USB port. I spoke with the assistant manager, Leslie, about these charges and this whole situation. She was very helpful and assured the situation would handled. I would give 31/2 stars , BUT! I called T-Mobile for information about a discount I heard about through AAA. The T-Mobile CS was not rude or putout but someone who is inexperienced in Customer Service or in. actually Sales. I had to have her clarify the plans, why drive out and not get a phone. this is what Phone Carriers want a sale of a phone that probably costed them $20+ to sell to you for $2000 that will up your bill for that discount to work. it was like pulling teeth. It's our New Generation!! Sometimes patience on our part would help. People also have to be a good recipient . Yes I had to clarify stuff like that when she said " Get a discount and stuff like that". In the end I got clarification on what the plan was. Probably will get a new phone. Came in today on October 20th 2023 at 5:20ish pm to get some questions answered about my phone bill. The girl with the septum piercing helped me but she was so rude to me. Unhelpful. Third TMobile store I try in two days. Tried to set up a pre-paid line to help out my brother. I walk in and I'm trying to get it done today. System is down, after an hour of waiting to let them figure it out. Annoyed, I tell the guy shoot me a call tomorrow when it's done please so I can just come by drop off the money and boom done. I don't receive the call today. You guys just tell me "we have to help the customers that are here first that's why I didn't call you " then I in return ask are you busy now ? He said no then why didn't you call ? He said because that specific phone wasn't working. Then why didn't u call and say that since u we're done with the customers. Every t mobile store in san jacinto and hemet are trash. Just be quick and efficient I don't have time to be fucking around. Just take my cash and that's it. Literally all they do is cell phones if you have issues with service they tell you to call customer service I have been dealing with bad service in my area due to T-Mobile Overloading the cell tower. I have been basically told tough luck and have been trying to seek compensation for the bad service caused by t-mobile. They basically tell me that all of their options have been exhaustedSo every month I have to call and complain about it just to get compensation. I tried to resolve it with them by taking money off my bill every month automatically until automatically until the issue is resolved or giving me a free device and the would not do it. read more

Coming to this location looking to get new phones. First off the customers service is horrible. When asking about trading in mine and my husband phone the lady had NO CLUE about the deals they had or promotions and you would think if some was trying to get out of Verizon to switch to t-mobile they would make sure that you get the best deal but in this case she told us to KEEP ARE PHONES I will NEVER COME TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN AND THE OTHER LADY SEEMED TO HATE HER JOB!!! read more

T Mobile is an inexpensive, workers are kind and helpful. More important they don't lie. I recommend T mobile. At this office Suzy helped me with switching from sprint, setup online. This has got to be one of the worst T-Mobile stores I have ever step foot in! Not only are the workers completely rude and dismissive I have never felt this level of rage while being handled at a so called customer service storefront. Im glad I didn't spend my money here. This experience made me question if I wanted to stay with such a company that allows this type of behavior on their sales floor. Not only was the lady very rude and dismissive she also went out of her way to display a sense of attitude towards me for asking simple questions and trying to explain what I had been told over the phone. She also refused to give her name when asked and also was not wearing her name badge at the time. I want to include that this is not the first time this has happened and for the sake of your business I advise you to speak with your team and brush them up on how it is they need to be handling a customer. Called them first to check if they have the phone I'm looking for and this lady told me that they couldn't disclose thru phone if they have something in stock and they pretty much have everything. Because I asked her nicely if she can just tell me, so I don't have to waste my time driving over there. They're also rude coz that lady who answered the phone didn't even have me finished talking.I went there and there were 3 customers ahead of me. 2 have been there for awhile as they only have 2 people helping customers. I waited for an hour only to find out they don't have it in stock. They didn't even try to give me an option nor apologize that I had to wait for an hour just for nothing. read more

Horrible Customer Service could not even get a screen replacement even tho I have the protection Y'all ain't experts the T-Mobile experts I speak to on the phone now those are they solved my problem went above the store manager for the store. If the policy is there the store rep couldn't even take the time to open my account to see the notes the reps We're leaving in my account will defiantly not go back to this store such a diaspora been with T-Mobile 6yrs plus have never had a problem till now and the saddest is I feel it was more racial then anything.!!!
