The worst service. Spoke to Jennessy who was useless and arrogant. I asked her several questions to which her response was " I don't know". I mean you work at T-Mobile you should know the answers to billing questions. and upgrades. She was very rude and impatient. She gave more priority in trying to sell me and Apple Watch. that I already have! Ended up having to leave without any help and ended up callling the 1-800 #. And alas help in under 5 minutes. Happy holidays, but STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE if they are not making multiple phone sales or iPads or watches sales then don't come here and all I wanted was just want a simple jump DEMAND upgrade they brush you off and don't want to help! To start off I got a text message from Tmobile about my iPhone 7 jump lease is up and to avoid a LARGE bill I have to go to a retailer store witch I came to this one.. On December 8, 2017 I came in and the sales associate Lazaro tried and up sale me on 2 apple watches witch I didn't come in for and stated " you can pay the same amount every month with 2 new watches and XR iPhone jump upgrade " ( I just wanted one upgrade) then after stated the could not make transactions happen due to monthly bill cycle.... so she told me come back December 24,2018. Which is today Christmas Eve i left work early because they close at 5 PM today so on the way here Lazaro is via texting me stating what Apple Watch is I want sizes and color I explain to him what were my options for then him to tell me that they don't have them in stock which I feel it should've been on hold or order for me to weeks ago then he tells me "just see another associate" when you get here because He states "am too busy" so I felt he was brushing me off just because he couldn't make anything off the two Apple Watch's! So when I arrive I see Linda the sales associate, and she stated the same pitch yes I see we have watches in stock and surprise they don't have it Then once she noticed they didn't have it she started the upgrade process and what a surprise she can't do it due to a system error She told me call 611 and that I have to send the phone out and that I have to order a phone and that they cannot do the upgrade for me! The worst service just like the store Westland mall in Hialeah. Takes 1 hour to attend one person. Why are they so slow ?

I walked in to this location to cancel service. I've had so many issues with my equipment. But when I walked in I was greeted my the manager Damian. He was extremely professional and assured me that my issue was going to be resolved. Although I had to wait over 30 min he constantly checked me on me and the other customers waiting. When I was finally helped the gentleman was extremely knowledgeable and took his time with me. Damian helped us at the end. The whole experience was great thank you Damian and all employees. read more
