I brought in different devices on different days and was unhelpful. I don't understand why write a description of my problem a week or 2 week before my schedule day and on my schedule day they say we can't help you. We don't do this. Why write ahead and they don't check. (1) samsung fold need to repair inner screen. *they tell me we don't repair if I have samsung care + that I need to send it to samsung. I went their to avoid waiting a week to ship and to receive. That was the point. They say no but they have stickers on the window saying samsung authorized here. Thenonlynprob I had was my inner screen had a protector that I didn't know,which ended up falling off and I replaced it myself thanks to Amazon. I am giving 1 star because of DANNY! Jose is the nicest, most helpful person in this store location. Danny, however was dismissive and rude and most unhelpful. He was focused on helping a Hispanic woman and left my son and I to figure out an issue on our own when there was a simple solution. If you come here and don't speak Espanol, don't bother with Danny. He is a loser and I would not even waste my time. You want people to assist you in your time of need when your phone or electronic device has broken and for many, that is stressful. Im giving it one star because when i went to fix my ps5 I told Jose what is wrong with it and he told me no worries and that he will fix it, he never told me about no refund policy and charged me 60$ for a simple factory reset without giving me any information on whats happening. As you know it obviously doesnt work. I wouldve liked if Jose had told me that it was not fixable and made me go instead of lying to me and making me pay for him to tell me later after i pay that it isnt fixable. Terrible warranty - they gave me an "oem" glass for my iphone; After 20+ days the screen got all colored; went back to store - they did some CODE to fix - about 25 days later.. same things happened and once again a code was entered to "fix". Its been 60+ days now - and the screen went black completely. They refuse to fix saying out of warranty. $200 fix out of warranty after they serviced 2x.... WTH is that... Don't bother to come here. I got my iPhone XR repaired there in February and now my phones screen is all messed up, I called them and they want to charge me another 120 bucks. Are you serious there is Zero damage to the screen now and your faulty work has left me with a damaged iPhone that Apple will not touch ever because you had to use a screen that comes out more. Brought a phone that was not charging due to water damage charge port. I explained the entire thing to individual who took my phone. I said that all I needed was that changed and he explained that they need to diagnose it. I was later...much later...told my device was irreparable after waiting hours for it. took my phone to another company and they changed the port, the phone works again because it can receive charge. So basically the tech did not want to work on my phone. Maybe next time save consumers some time and say "if it doesn't turn on, we don't bother". Also, this might be an isolated store incident because the customer who was in line before me, was having a hard time understanding why they could not work on his products. read more

I came here to get my phone fixed I knew my LED screen was the issue they confirmed that they told me I first had to pay before it was repaired and that it would take 90 minutes, left my phone there and had someone come and pay so they can start on the repairs only to be told the phone would be ready in 30 minutes. I was unable to pick up the phone the same day and communicated I would be here the next day after they confirmed my phone was ready for pick up. Came in was asked if I wanted to test it which thankfully I did because after paying the 250 the issue was still not resolved then was told the reason why was because the proximity was damaged and I would have to wait till the next day to get it fixed, to then be told that it wasn't the proximity at all but in fact THE COMPANY gave me a faulty screen and they had no more to make a very long story short I am going on 3 days they still have my phone and was told they would overnight the screens and have my phone fixed by tomorrow read more

I searched about on the web and I found the Hallandale store. On web site I was informed that concert on my cell phone screen would be 235 dollars. When I arrived at the store the guy behind the counter confirmed the price ($ 235), and say I could use a 10% off cupon (as a welcome card, that was my first and last time in that shop) and in 30 minutes everything would be ready. I just thought "uall they're amazing". When the concert was ready, a different person, now a lady, came and told me the amount was not 235 but 299 plus tax, in the end 320 dollars. WTF!!! That was a robbery, like that traps for tourists. If you guys want to come in and fix something in that shop please be ready and prepare your pockets. I was there a couple of weeks ago and dropped off my 10 months old computer with the charger, after one week they were not able to fix it/get the parts so they returned my computer but with a different charger. They argued with me and had shown disrespectful attitude to the fact that they gave me the wrong charger. I then found out they gave me a charger that was at least years older than my original charger, following up that the charger doesn't work properly. I hope my original charger finds a good home. i broke may phone and came to this location to get it repaired. my phone was repaired successfully but has not been working the same. the glass installed on my i phone was the most cheapest brand.in three days my screen cracked again due to being placed down on my dresser with a case and screen protecter on it. i got it repaired again with 5% off which was ok but unfortunatly i spent $150 in a week. however, this time my numbers were malfuctioning i couldnt press anything on my screen which cause my phone to disable. i returned to the store on a sunday they were close due to covid 19 on that day the cheap screen cracked with case and screen protecter again but this time it was minor. you barely could see it. i returned to the store monday morning. they refuse to fix my screen which clearly was malfuctionong from the last repair because of the minor crack from my car mount that happen on the way to them but they were close. they were rude. they didnt want to hear anything i had to say and called the police on me. i then realized this was all an racist matter . the police was on there side of course i will never go here again they will not get my black dallors. im going to push this issue like they did by calling law enforcement on me for trying to get my phone repair correctly read more
