I have to say that it's tough to rate cell phone outlets because nothing ever goes perfectly and deal you're supposed to get doesn't seem to turn out that way at times. However, I've been with T-Mobile for over 15 years and have always been satisfied with their service. I will say they take very good care of military active and retired with the military magenta max plan. And unlike the sordid history with Verizon suddenly out of nowhere surprising customers with unexpected charges (I have heard they no longer behave this way - to their credit if true), you won't have anything like this with T-Mobile. At least I've never had such an experience ever with T-Mobile. Well, on my few visits here, and after watching the recent Apple Event, along with watching a few videos about the new iPhones, I decided it was time to go for the iPhone 17 Pro model. It took a lot for me to give up my iPhone 13 Pro (but I still may keep it too!), but finally, Apple made such significant changes in the cameras and the operating system that the time was ripe for change. During my visits, I had a stellar service rep named Clifton. He's a pretty seasoned veteran employee who knew the process inside out. When it came time to visit the store after receiving my new iPhone 17 Pro by UPS, I headed to the store in the afternoon to set it up. The process went well initially, but it took three attempts to finally get the transfer of info from the old iPhone to the new, but that wasn't Clifton's fault, the WiFi in the shop wasn't behaving well. I've noted that it's always taken a good amount of time to get a new iPhone up and ready at T-Mobile stores. It's ok with me as long as we get it working, and so far my new one is performing superbly! Watch out! I'll be taking even better photos for Yelp with this one in the days ahead! I will add here that this T-Mobile store recently reopened a couple of months ago after a full interior renovation. It's the nicest looking T-Mobile store I've ever visited. From getting great service from Clifton, to watching the other T-Mobile reps take excellent care of their customers, I have to say it definitely earned this rating in spite of any of the kinks in the process. My only decision I have to make now is whether or not to keep my iPhone 13 Pro or turn it in to complete the trade-in deal. It's a hard one! But I would visit this T-Mobile store again anytime! Brand new location. 9 months or so. Tmobile corporate retailer. Place is overstaffed (that's a new one!) not really helpful or knowledgeable in any way and the entire store reeks of weed. Medical grade I'm sure.. all that anxiety of being open to the public and all. Makes AT&T seem like a bargain. Hard pass. read more

Worst customer service. Employee Michael lied to us saying we would receive the new iPhone in 2 days when he knew it had been back ordered. It's been almost 2 weeks and still have not received it. Went back after a week and he lied again and told me to wait 2-3 days. Came back today and a young lady says she doesn't know why he said that but she was of no help either. read more

I went to T-Mobile to switch my carrier from Verizon and to purchase a new cell phone. I went at 2:30 on a Thursday and the store was busy. I waited about 10 minutes before an associate became available. Walter AKA Taco helped me through the entire process. I was there a little over two hours and left with my new Samsung S22. He helped me transfer everything from my old phone to the new one. I was so relieved as I was worried all of my calendar events would not transfer as I would be lost otherwise lol;) He thoroughly explained the difference between the coverage packages and answered all my questions. I learned T-Mobile offers free text and data in over a 100 countries plus free Wi-Fi on most airlines. Those are pretty nice perks! I also learned T-Mobile offers home Wi-Fi for $50 a month. I'm seriously considering giving up my cable internet at a $100 plus a month. All in all it was a good experience and I'm thankful to Walter for helping me as I have had Verizon since my first cell phone many years ago. He made it easy and not as stressful as I had imagined! read more

The thing I love about TMobile is TMobile Tuesday. I received a free insulated lunch bag today. I get savings on gas and movies. The service is pretty good. I had a really good monthly price until I started adding too many things like a Apple Watch and an additional telephone line. I will be cutting back soon to get my bill back down. read more

I went the morning that the iPhone 13 came out and expected it to be pretty busy. However, it was fairly calm in the store. I bought the iPhone 13 Pro in Graphite :). I had a great customer service experience. I knew what I wanted, told the dude helping me, and was out in 15 minutes. I've always gone to this store if I need help or service but this was my first time buying a phone myself and not a parent buying for me. Super easy, would recommend this store. read more

I stopped by to get a quote to switch service. I asked of they had the $50/mo plan like I had before. I was told, "NO", and given a quote for $65/mo which I now find out is a complete lie. The worst mobile phone company. Not helpful in any way. Phone was placed on a military hold. On return I discovered my account was closed, turned into collections, a balance was on the account and the phone number was given away. No one from store or customer care could explain why any of this happened. 30 days later nothing resolved. I guess this is how they treat military personnel. read more
