Only 30 days warranty on parts or labor. A quick amazon scan of the box showed it was a $24 part with a manufacturers warranty if 180 days. So, why only 30 days. Beyond unacceptable. Stay away.

Chat tells you signing up for internet will only take 5 minutes but takes 1.5 hours and then doesn't follow through on promised discounts and overcharges by $25 a month. And then they say they can't help me because it's already been processed. So I go into the store just so I can actually have someone competent hopefully competent to speak with and luckily they had Damien who I think is the manager. Dude was very attentive and courteous to customers even though there were like 8 people he was trying to manage with a team of 3 at once.
