I give this T Mobile so much praise because I had switched to T Mobile & had some problems with my IPhone,nothing is perfect. Anyway we got there about thirty minutes before closing and the Manager Christopher and Adrian were so kind,didn't rush us,they were professional,making sure they could get my issue corrected and they did. I'm team T-Mobile all the way. I originally had t mobile in Virginia for many years. After moving to Florida I experienced bad reception and shifted to AT&T. We were paying ridiculous amount every month for unlimited data, texting etc. We decided to go to this store and see what kind of promotions TMobile was offering. We got a better plan and now we are paying less. It was a bit of a hassle trying to get my phone onto their network because AT&T gave me a tough time trying to request for it. I requested multiple times. Anyways I was able to switch over and I have not regretted it. I did not end up buying my iPhone 6 from them and went to Apple Store instead. I liked their sales associates who were not trying to make a quick sale. They wanted to know what features we really wanted. Our plan comes with free international texting, so, now I have to go on a vacation to try that feature out. ~ read more

Walked into this T-Mobile store after a not so pleasant experience at another location. My G1 had officially called it quits and wanted an earlier than anticipated retirement soooo I found this T-Mobile. Called ahead to make sure the MyTouch 4G was in stock, which it was. The salesperson was knowledgeable, efficient and overall pleasant! Reminded me of why I've enjoyed business with T-Mobile for over 6 years! Even the customers were engaging... unheard of! They say the phones are free, then when you receive the bill 35 days later your being billed for your phone. They can't remember that they told you they were free... Your stuck paying for their phone.. This is their business model.. You have 30 days to return if not satisfied, but you don't get your bill for 5 days later...STAY AWAY... read more

We tried our very best to switch to T-Mobile but it was not to be. As soon as I entered the store an associate was ready to help. I clearly told him we have two AT&T phones and he said no problem we will get them switched. So here we go trying to get the switch done. We went thru the whole process and in the end found out one of the phones was locked by AT&T and won't work because it needs to be unlocked. So I called AT&T and guess what they said it takes a few days to get this unlocked. 10 days later the phone is still not unlocked and we are still waiting to make the switch. This is the second we tried hopefully third time is gonna be lucky!!!!! read more

I went to the store with my replacement phone that i git about one month before. The lady there Cindy Escobar could not be more rude. I worked at T Mobile for nine years and we had never treated customers that way. She should not be working for a corporate store. She told me that i would have to get the battery replaced first cost of $70 in order for her to release the replacement phone. Obviously i have been paying for insurance and the battery should be covered under warranty not a physical damage. read more

I just purchased a note 5 from Kenny. He seemed trustworthy but I was wrong. He added on premium handset protection without my permission. I read through all the paperworks and signed it and the papers never mention any protection. In conclusion, he added it without me knowing. I had similar issue with tmobile on Congress avenue too. Never will get my business again. You lose loyal customer over just a few extra dollars of commission. All my client at work will know about this too. I hate deceptive business practices. I made the mistake a switching over from ATT to Tmobile months ago. After several mistakes on my account, I decided to come in for an upgrade. After the release of the new Samsung, they told me I had to pre-order or go to another store. I thought she would call around but she asked the other associates and magically looked into their mind and decided no other store had any. The customer service in all around is very limited. Talk about a joke. 6 months now trying to get TMOBILE to credit charges for phones that were supposed to be free. 6 months dealing with this nonsense, can't speak to a single human in the U.S. Been hung up on numerous times. Been told multiple times I will receive a call back to confirm credits and NEVER receive a call back!! Been on the phone now for over 2 hours. Time to find another carrier because obviously they don't care about my business and most people don't even check their statements each month. Terrible customer service. I love T-Mobile but, this store gives them a terrible name. The associates will help in selling you what you need, it doesn't matter, they will make sure you leave there with something. But when it comes to servicing you.... it's like you don't even exist and they give you all sorts of excuses (they do not even say welcome to T-Mobile). I work in Retail Banking, one of the things we do is LISTEN to the customers concerns and see how we can help them, I go above and beyond to find ways to provide my clients with solutions. Here, It's the opposite, they find ways not to help. The worst experience as a customer 4x already, I will definitely not go back to this store for anymore products. If I could give zero stars I would. The absolute worst customer service ,I think every single employee there has worked there for 3 mins, not one employee has any knowledge of the plans nor any of the specials they have running at the time... I called from my house to check and see if my replacement phone was delivered to the store I was on hold for 18 mins so I drove to the store still on hold, when I got there not one customer inside the store one employee was talking to his girlfriend on the phone the other employee eating lunch they kindly ask if they could help me, yeah why don't we start with why I'm on hold (now for 40 mins) the response was ummm we're busy ... needless to say that store sucks managers suck employees suck I'll travel further then ever go to this store ... they used to be awesome but they switched management ,got some special employees and everything went downhill... and yes my replacement phone was there and had been for 2 days... thanks for letting me know with the text you never sent but guaranteed you would read more
