Most of the time, you'll walk into an at&t store to sit there for 30 minutes before you talk to someone. Not here. It's local, family owned and operated and gets what you need done. And if they can't do it, they don't "bull" their way into it or out of it. Accessories are expensive but I don't buy them there. That's how it is everywhere... any store. But the guys that work there are awesome. The store could use some cool displays and better interactive tech to engage customers.

Went in on August 10th to connect my new iPhone, what should have been a simple process and taken…read moreabout 15 minutes turned into 2 hours with zero results. Apparently they were unable to connect my phone because I had purchased it in Europe. this was despite assurances from multiple apple employees that the phone was exactly the same in terms of hardware and software, was unlocked, and that there shouldn't be any issue connecting it. For whatever reason they were completely unable to figure out what the issue was and far worse, did not seem to care at all, were completely uninterested in understanding what the problem was or that there could be a solution, even though the employee admitted to me that he had other customers with the same issue. So after 2 hours of no results and being almost completely ignored after the first 15 minutes I was there with zero explanation of what the encountered problem was, the best I got was "our systems aren't picking your phone up" their "best" suggestion was to return the phone and purchase a new one from them. So the next day I went to the apple store and lo and behold within fifteen minutes they had my phone activated with verizon. According to the apple store employees most Verizon employees have no idea what they're doing and are simply there to try to take your money however they can. After my experience I would have to agree. Overall the employees at jet verizon, also known as Russell cellular were lazy, inattentive, I knowledgeable and completely unable to solve a problem as soon as any difficulties were encountered. I would highly recommend going anywhere else for cellphone related inquiries. The only reason I'm not giving 1 star is they at least tried somewhat, yet completely failed, to help.

The new NEX unit worked great for the first few days, but then I noticed a sporadic issue with the back-up camera integration. I called Auto Sound Specialists and despite being on vacation, John immediately ordered a replacement unit and 48 hours later actually came directly to my home to reinstall the new unit (who still makes house calls these days!). Additionally, while swapping out the defective unit, he also installed a new (better quality) back-up camera. Super impressed with the Auto Sound Specialists quality of service. I encountered an issue and they made it right (while they were on vacation and the store was closed). They really went above and beyond. Highly recommend.
