They were friendly and knowledgeable. The transaction was smooth and they assisted me in saving some irreplaceable data on my old phone. I have switched for T-Mobile a few years ago after being with Verizon for many years and I am happy with it. Besides, the new location in Mamaroneck is well situated , easy of access, and clean. However, the customer service there is horrendous! It just gets worse. Today the employee was watching a video on his phone, laughing to his colleagues about what he was watching, he barely acknowledge my presence nor answered my questions, I had to insist and trust me I came because I was ready to upgrade, it was like I was bothering him. It was such a negative experience that I will get my new phone in a different location, which hopefully will be better. It's such a pity because employees like him are ruining the image of this company. read more

Horrible customer service! The monthly billing did not match what they promised in store. When I called to complain, they said they didn't have a copy of the receipt and there was nothing they could do. Who doesn't keep copy of customer receipts? one star is too much star for the store. it deserves a negative 5 star, that is how bad the store is. The store is filled with untrained, unprofessional, ignorant, inattentive employees who do not know what they are doing, nor what they are informIng the customers. The result is they crew up the customer's phone, service, and account. They misinform and disinform the fees and cost and leave the customer to in frustration. The manager Felix Rosario is as unprofessional as they come. I wanted him, as a manager to set up my phone when I was exchanging it out. Some of the entry level reps at the store are not good at it but of course Felix lies and says they're all experts. One of the girls there who was doing the exchange on the phone with the warranty , she was asked by an assistant manager does she know how to do it. Her response was know. The manager should be honest and not lie about the skills of his employees. So he said he could set it up and all was set. On the day I was coming in I called first to be sure he was there and could set up the phone. Although he was in store, he started telling me about his child and how she was sick and may have to leave. I asked what to do and how to handle it with the phone and he started acting like I was wrong and said my phone is not important and the least of his concern. Days earlier he was saying that if my phone didn't work right it was his problem too since its his job. Then the !#$hole went on to say I should go somewhere else and I said I would have if I knew this would. Who is he to make me feel guilty of his child's condition? His kid is not my responsibility or any other customers. A phone is a lifeline and he wants to downgrade the importance of it and take his personal issues out on me. He also hung up in mid convo. If I did this, I'd be fired asap but he can do whatever since he's the manager. If his child is so important, what the f@$! Is he doing at work instead of being at his kids side. Actions really do speak louder than words. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. In Yonkers on central ave near Kohls, they have a tech dept for phone issues and better service I'm sure. Made the switch from Verizon to T-Mobile. Huge account, 9 devices, etc... the staff at the store was unbelievably helpful and efficient. I would have left Verizon years ago if I had known that the local T-mobile team was so knowledgeable, efficient and just plain nice. Thrilled to be with T-mobile and have local support at such a nearby location. read more

First of all- We are saving a ton of money having switched over. Second- You want to see John G if you go to this store. He was amazing. His follow up has been great. He dealt with difficult staff in stores out of the area to get my kids' phones set up. John G is the Man. Maritza was good also off on my second visit. read more
