I…read morecalled ahead on Friday to confirm store hours and ask about dropping off her computer for service since it had been hacked. I was clearly told that no appointment was needed and I could simply bring it in. Based on that, we made the trip to the store, only to be told there was no tech person on site. We were then advised to come back the next day because a service ticket would need to be opened and it "wouldn't be good" to leave the computer overnight. When we asked what time the technician would be available, the associate didn't have a clear answer and had to check their phone, eventually saying "around 11am to maybe 7pm." There was no clear communication, no consistency, and no real attempt to be helpful. It ended up being a complete waste of time. I strongly suggest better staff training so customers are given accurate information before making unnecessary trips

I walked inside the store. (I am a 57-yo white man). Alexander is African American. "Can I help you?" "Yes. Please. I would like to order business cards". "What type?" "I don't know. I haven't had business cards in over 30'years. Could you show me templates?" By now, I could tell that he was starting to get annoyed and behind me was a very attractive, I assume, Puerto Rican lady. He was looking at her. "I don't have time for that. You need to call someone." "I need to call someone? YOU call someone for me". He was annoyed (and so was I) and by now there was yet another lady behind me, African American as well. I had not thought much about his coldness, his dismissiveness, or his obvious displeasure. But... we all have bad days. That doesn't warrant a Yelp review. Sans, a funky young artist, came and helped me with templates and designs for over one hour. In that time, Alexander helped the Puerto Rican lady and another two African American ladies. He joked with all them, smiled shining, was extremely cooperative and as ugly as it is, I thought... "he was rotten to me, because of my race. As a white person who doesn't have an ounce of racism in my heart, I DEMAND the same for me. Alexander... dude.... Very ugly. Very nasty.

They clearly cracked my screen while trying to remove the screen or something. My phone is returned to me with a huge crack and half the screen not showing (It was working fine before the cleaning). They ended up not charging me the $40 for the cleaning..... hmm I wonder why.. maybe because they knew they messed up my screen and they told me the residual water damage from the screen 'conked' out my lcd screen. WHATEVER THE HELL THAT MEANS. Stay away from these unprofessional amateurs who clearly have no f*cking clue how to handle an iPhone device. I wasn't sure whether to buy a new computer or to have it fixed, but Alex assured me he could fix it and if there were any issues, I'd have 90 days to bring it back. It seems like at first I would have to wait 2 weeks to get it repaired, but it only took a few days. It has been 3 weeks since it was fixed and so far, no issues. Alex was very helping and I felt like he was honest. Nowadays, honesty is certainly a value that is truly valued! Thank you.

I suggested they use the internal "D" drive, and they said then they'd have to format and back up both drives. So, they call me later and tell me that the bill is $162 ! - which is more than they've ever charged me for anything, ever! And I've been going there for years (Of course, it's always the same thing - "Your hard drive's no good - $125, please!" ) But, this time, hundreds of documents - GONE! My bookmarks (Favorites) - GONE! And, finally ... are you sitting down? My D: Drive is GONE! Thousands of songs - GONE! I am so angry, I can't see straight! I called them again, Their immediate response? "Bring it in, we'll take a look at it." They didn't ask one question, they durn sure didn't apologize - and I'm supposed to break down my computer, pay $14 round trip in a cab, and lug that computer into the shop so they can "fix" what was never broken!?
