Expect like a 2 hour wait to get any sort of assistance. 20 ppl in wait list with only 4 reps in the entire store. Oh and let me add when they are not assisting on they're cell phones and chit chatting with each other. Like people have to be places, go during lunch time, pick up kids from school, etc... The only pro about the mobile phone service is the price. But that's it. And even the phone service is mostly terrible. I lose signal inside most buildings and the 5G Is slow, very slow. I wish I could say I don't recommend this place, but it's not like we have many choices left. It's only a matter of time before spectrum owns all the market. Something needs to change.
