After a recent atmospheric river, our toilets and bathtub started backing up. We got same-day…read moreservice. Our tech Flannery was friendly and very professional. He let us know our option and the price for each before starting work. The previous owner of our house had covered the main line cleanout with landscape fabric and bark dust, so we didn't find it until after the service. Flannery had to pull a toilet and go in that way, but he did it with the minimum of mess and cleared a nasty root ball. Very happy with our service.

I will never use Mr. Rooter or suggest them to anyone I know. I called for a mainline blockage…read moreissue. The technician was unable to locate a cleanout so he said he had to go through the vent stack to access the pipes. This triggered the clause of no warranty due to improper access. His report claimed he located a root ball and cleared 70% of the blockage. Less than 2 weeks later I had the same problem maybe even worse. Meaning he didn't clear much of the issue, if anything. I called a different company and within 10 mins of their arrival they located an existing cleanout directly next to where the Mr. Rooter tech had located and marked the sewer line. Meaning he went through the roof vent and voided my warranty for no reason and still didn't fix any of the issue. He also required my help to do the job. When I asked for a partial refund they said no. They said even without the warranty they would have come out and given me a free quote for fixing the problem. Essentially telling me I would have had to pay them to do the same work twice. Call anyone else.

I went to this location to get my finger prints taken for my job application. All the scheduling…read moreand payment is done online and you can pick which site you want to go to. I picked the nearest location, which happened to be a Pak Mail. The person who helped me was nice and efficient. I had a cast on my broken hand and he explained the finger printing can be done without including the injured fingers. I did it anyway since I dont know if the job will accept a partial set of finger prints. I appreciate the customer service agent for considering my discomfort and offering. I have dry hands and they have a solution they spray your hands with to help with getting better images. It is sticky so I recommend hydrating your hands before going. I was pleased with the service I received. There was hand sanitizer and the service agent had a mask on the whole time I was there. Hopefully I won't need to do this again, but if I do, I will return to Pak Mail.
