They have the coolest lights! most other cell stores look (and smell) like a pile of melted plastic, but not 3G mobile, when you walk in, you have the feeling that they know what they are doing... because they do. My Samsung galaxy s4 wasn't turning on one morning, I have no insurance on my phone so I was sure I was going to take out a mortgage to get a new one. I spoke with Ronny and he told me that insurance would cost more to fix my phone then necessary. it turns out that my power key was busted, i did some research and found that this is a common problem, and an impossible repair for someone like me... but 2 hours after dropping it off, my wife gets a call from 3G mobile: "Your phone is done and ready to go". Don't get me wrong, they didn't do it for free, it set me back $55, but having access to all my contacts, photos, videos, and email, and notes and all the other things is priceless. I found out that insurance would have sent me a referbished phone, I would have had to pay 3 times as much and I would have lost everything. Just wanted to share my experience with 3G mobile and how awesome they are for helping me out! Ended up breaking my iPhone 10S camera screen in front of the lens and needed to get it fixed, went there on a Friday I think it was, and asked if I could get it fixed, (PRICES MAY VARY) the guy quoted me for 65 dollars to fix the screen in front of the lens, and said the part would get there on either Tuesday or Wednesday, I went in, gave him my phone, got it back 3 hours later looking brand new!!! It's amazing! I asked about the seal just to make sure it was still water proof and was told its fine! I'll post another review if I find anything different about the phone but so far it works just like before! read more

It seems I have a habit of getting expensive smart phones wet... and they don't like that. About a week after getting my new white iphone 4 my lovely child decided it needed a few minutes in her pool. I called my ATT guy crying and hysterical and Ryan (coolest dude from the commercial store) arranged for the owner of 3G to go and work on it at 7p.m. on a Friday night. He was told the phone has a better success rate with in the first 48 of the water exposure. Well crap on a cracker it is fixed! I have it back in my possession Monday morning. Price was amazing too. I think the price depends on the damage. This business deserves 5 stars because of the fact MY phone pulled him away from a plate of dinner at 6 on the weekend evening. That, my Yelper's, is what I consider exemplary customer service. Moral of the story : get insurance. read more

My family is rough on our phones. First visit with 3G was on a new water damaged iPhone. We had taken it to a few other places that said the phone was beyond repair. It was about 3 weeks after the incident when we found 3G. I took the phone in. It cost $50 to fix & $15 for a back case that broke during the disassemble process. The phone cost $500 so I believe the total to fix was nominal for the service. Second visit was for a shattered screen on an android cell. The phone retails now for $260. So they charged half to fix, $130. Since we were repeat customers we received a $15 discount bringing our repair total to $115. The phone was completely fixed in 3 days!! Both my experiences with this business have been positive. Their prices are more then fair, turn around time is relatively quick, friendly service & more importantly they get the job done. Praise be to the mobile phone gods! My iPhone 6 was barely a month old before it spent the night outside in the rain. I left it in rice for 2.5 days and drove all the way up from Corvallis to bring my phone here. I brought it in on a Saturday and they said they said they would call me on Monday with results. When I heard from them they said there was still a fair amount of oxidation so they needed to clean it again. On Tuesday, they called and said it was up and running and fully functional. These guys are great! If I ever have issues with my phone again I will for sure be taking it here. read more

Last week I experienced quick and effective service at this establishment, both for problems with my long neglected iMac desktop computer and for an Apple account that was severely paralyzed by an inadvertent change in my e-mail address. The later problem was preventing me from activating a new i-Phone. Sounds simple, but it wasn't: There were secret codes involved. Chris saved me hours of time on line (and on God-knows-whose phone) with Applecare. He demonstrated thorough expertise, a patient manner and the willingness to go the extra mile to make sure all issues were resolved and that I was familiar with best practices. My HTC one x burned out its lcd back light so I brought it to these guys for a fix. They were very polite and mater of fact. They told me right up front that they couldn't just replace the back light, but had to replace the lcd and digitizer (touch screen) due to the parts all coming as one unit. They told me the price and stuck to it. They weren't able to finish within store hours so the owner (Domingo) finished it himself and brought it to my house after hours. After receiving my phone I found that the digitizer was not working properly. They give a 60 day guaranty on their work (with the receipt in hand of course) so I brought it back the next day. I needed my phone for business (it still partially worked) so they made an appointment for me to bring it in later that day so that I'd only be without for 3 hours. Once again Domingo brought me my phone on his own time and still I found my pull down notification bar not working. I was starting to get frustrated and took it back again. When I did they were very nice and said that they would work on it all day. Domingo even offered to pick it up at my home to get it early to work on it all day! So by 6 PM they said they got it right and had been testing it for over an hour with no issues. I've had back for a day now and so far everything works better than ever. It may have taken a few tries, but they never said it could not be done. I'm sure that this became a loss for them, but they never charged another dime. I was worried they had broken my phone, but in the end they made it right. They even gave me a loner phone for the last day so that I could finish my business while they fix mine. I would recommend these guys. Some reviews seems to paint a negative light on 3g mobile, but if you read them you'll everyone wanted something for nothing or forgot that this is a for profit business. They do not trade straight across for a phone. They got bills to pay too. So to the jerk that wrote those reviews I've got a big FU, and to Domingo and his staff I say thank you. You saved my phone (which I do not want to get ride of) and made a believer outta me. read more

Total waste of our time today. Spoke to the owner over the phone and explained what we needed and said no worries, just needed to look at our phones. We wanted to trade two unlocked GSM type phones for two CDMA ones so our daughter could use our gently used Samsung S4's with her fiance. After the phones were looked at and checked over in an uncaring manner the guy offers us a low amount of money for the phones instead of the trade we wanted. Wasted part of my day under the guise we would take his low ball offer and run with it. I did learn one thing is to get the offer before they start looking at your property. They were less than gentle and feel quite disrespected by the owner and another employee. I can't give them zero stars, so one star it is. Don't use these guys, sketchy at best. I felt baited over the phone and he would have ended up with the better in the trade, just got a bit greedy I guess. read more

Took my iPhone 4s here again because I replaced the battery with the high mv battery. Apparently the I phone couldn't handle all the millivolts and didn't tell me the correct battery percentage. They replaced the battery with an OEM iPhone battery. It works great now and they charged me a great price. I definitely recommend taking your phone here if it needs repair read more

My boyfriend went to pick up my phone and had taken my debit card and they refused the payment unless I was present. Do not go here. After explaining the problem with my iPhone in great detail, the service technician indicated they had the tools and expertise to fix the phone. After a long delay another technician explains to me what the problem is with my phone. Guess what, it is exactly what I explained to the first technician but with the added information that they did not have the expertise or tools to fix it. They charged me a service fee for regurgitating this information and suggesting I take my phone to another shop. A complete waste of two days and a worthless service charge. These guys are not competent or honest. Another shop (with the right talent and tools) had the phone fixed quickly. Save your time and money - find another repair shop. read more

I had my Asus transformer screen replaced here after another place in town was unable to do so after months of having my tablet. 3g Mobile did cost a little more but was quick prompt and professional. This place opened up my iPhone and took out original part and replaced them with after market parts! I only took my iPhone4 in to fix a broken screen. They took out the camera battery and other factory parts and replaced them with after market parts. And they didn't even fix the screen and then offered to buy my phone for $40.00. Do not buy a used phone from these people!!! They are not good people to deal with. I bought my girlfriend an I-watch for her birthday but didn't realize her phone was too old to work with it. She was excited about it and wanted to use it so we went to 3G Mobile to get a used I-phone 5S. First off even though the phone is obsolete and had only 16g memory they wanted $149 and would only go down to $134 because they said these phones fly off the shelf. I bought it only because my girlfriend really wanted to use her watch. When we got it home we realized it hadn't been wiped and had other people's contacts and personal info still on it. In addition it wouldn't run the required updates to even use the phone so it was useless. I rebooted the phone over and over and tried on iTunes but the phone would not even show the required updates. I got another phone and decided to take it back the next day. Then and only then did they say no returns. i said hey this phone is a mess and won't even update I just want my money back. He said no!! I could leave it and they would put it on the computer and try to get the updates working again but no refunds. I told him I bought another phone and I do not need this one now. There response sorry no refunds. I gave up left the phone and they managed the next day to run the updates somehow. When I came to pick the phone up I asked again for my money back and they said no. I said will you at least buy it back I don't need it. Then he said I'll give you $60 when I had just paid $134 for it and they had just told me they sell fast. I would throw this phone away before I would sell it back to this company for $60 when they should have just refunded my money. Anyway I would never advise anyone to buy a phone from these people. They are not reputable and are not customer friendly in the slightest. I would give them negative stars if I could. Do not buy from this store!!!! read more

These guys have repaired my old DumbPhone(tm) twice now, once for a broken screen and once for a broken touchpad. Both times, they were very professional, polite, highly knowledgeable, and got me back in action within 48 hours for far less than the cost of a new phone. I recommend these guys to everyone with enough sensibility to recognize that repairing a phone is actually far cheaper than a) buying a new one or b) accepting a new bloodsucking two-year contract from your service provider at an extra $30/month just to get a "free" phone (that's a $720 phone, folks). read more

I understand you have technicians to pay but i dont understand making more than double your money. Also I've been far out of the 60 day window and fyi I did come in to get it fixed after it died and that repair lasted a week when my screen lost all touch sensitivity. I came in over a year ago to fix my htc one x but I just saw all the 5 star reviews and noticed that people need to see the other side of 3g mobile. DO NOT GO TO 3G MOBILE THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST!!! I don't even want to give them one star. I took my IPhone 4 in because it had a cracked screen, wouldn't keep a charge and eventually would not even turn on anymore. The guy at the front (Chris) told me that he could fix it for about $80, I said ok I left my phone there and he said he would call me back in one hour to pick it up. 20 minutes later I get a call he tells me that my battery is broken that's why it won't turn on an new one will cost $30 more I said ok cool replace it and call me when it's ready. An hour later he calls and saids "hey we are out of new screens will you take a used one or I can order you a new one" to save time I chose a uses one. So I wait for about two hours he calls and said hey your phone is over heating and I don't know why I'm gonna need it till tomorrow I say fine. The next day I don't get a call back at all. They were closed Sunday so I called Monday the owner Domingo answers and saids that Chris is no longer working my phone that he is. Domingo then saids that he would call me back in an hour to get my phone, he never called me back. The next day I called he said there's nothing he can do for my phone it's still over heating that I can come pick it up and pay $15 for the time they worked on it I said fine I was over it. When I showed up I paid and he told me to take it to Bridgeport village to try and do the apple swap so I did that. At bridged port village they said it had warranty but they couldn't help me because the parts inside were not authorized apple parts. I thought well ok at first then the guy told me that the camera and a bunch of different things that I didn't taken to 3G mobile to get fixed were taken out and replace with non factory apple parts. So yes they took parts out of my iPhone that they were not supposed to and probably put them in others people's phones. They are basically a CHOP SHOP, they are harvesting original parts from people's phones and replacing them with cheap generic parts. I confronted the owner he said I shouldn't have gone to Bridgeport that those apple geniuses are bad even though he was the one that suggested I go. He began to shake and stutter and suggested that the apple geniuses took my parts, which isn't true because at Bridgeport they opened the phone right in front of me. He then offered to fix my phone for free even though he had said there was nothing he could do to fix it before. I said no because I don't trust them one bit. I will never return to this store again they are a bunch of frauds. They are not an authorized apple repair store. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL ROB YOU!! read more
