I came to this Nike Factory Store because my younger brother needed some new sneakers. I actually ended up buying myself a pair, even though I didn't really need any because of the great prices here. I got a pair of Nike Air Visi Pro VI for less than $40! What!?!? That's super cheap! Put them in my closet when I got home because I know I will eventually use them. Be warned, though, the line is gigantic. I spent a good 30 minutes waiting to get to the front of the line. Don't expect to shop here and not wait. Still for these prices, worth it!

This refusal to accept accountability, coupled with the dismissive and accusatory attitude I encountered, was unacceptable and compounded the original error. As a direct consequence of your staff's mistake and the improper handling of my complaint, I have suffered a financial loss of $260. I should not be expected to absorb this loss due to an internal error and a subsequent failure to address it professionally.

When I asked the guy in the store, he immediately said they didn't do repairs. He took the phone from me, took one brief look, and said I needed a new phone, and they had phones that took much better photos than my Samsung Galaxy S22. I looked at him and told him I wasn't buying a new phone from him, and walked out. The guys I used to speak to about minor problems were always very helpful, but all this guy wanted to do was sell a senior citizen a new phone when I didn't need one. I told my daughter about the problem and she told me to check my brightness level. I did, changed it, and solved my own problem. My phone takes excellent photos.
