This store always has a sale on something. Always something for 30-40-50% off which is nice for those who can't afford $40 shorts. I particularly like the back walls of clearance shoes and the seasonal sales. The staff are very helpful. I have been wearing Nike sneakers for as long as I can remember. They are comfortable and stylish sneakers, and I love just wearing them. I came to this Nike Factory Store because my younger brother needed some new sneakers. I actually ended up buying myself a pair, even though I didn't really need any because of the great prices here. I got a pair of Nike Air Visi Pro VI for less than $40! What!?!? That's super cheap! Put them in my closet when I got home because I know I will eventually use them. Be warned, though, the line is gigantic. I spent a good 30 minutes waiting to get to the front of the line. Don't expect to shop here and not wait. Still for these prices, worth it! read more

I was visiting Tanger Outlet on the weekend with my boyfriend and Nike was one of the places on our list to check out. The place is a good size and it was packed full of people shopping. It was fairly crowded and stocked with a plethora of items. All that you would expect from a Nike store, shoes, clothing, sporty things. The prices didn't impress me much in regards to being lower than what you would find at a non outlet mall. I'm not sure I would come all the way out here to save only a few bucks. read more

My go-to spot for my workout shoes. I only wear nikes because they fit me the best, I get enough tread in them and they are very light on my feet. This store is probably the only outlet store out there in Tanger that actually has outlet prices. I always get at least 2 pair of flyknits and come out with a total under $100. I recommend to sign up via email for heir sales and promos because I was lucky enough to get some flyknits that were already on sale and utilized a family and friends coupon that took an additional 30% off of that. The men's section is just as great as the women's section with up to date styles at low prices. Sports bras, compression pants, sneakers, cushion socks, and the list goes on. Definitely worth the trip up I-71 and if you're lucky enough you can stop to get them bomb Swiss meatballs at the new IKEA (summer 17) on the way home. read more

I came to the outlet mall reluctantly, but we needed to exchange some shoes here. The place was packed, of course, and chaotic. It's a big store, with a pretty good selection. I only got to look at the women's and children's sections, but there were lots of styles and sizes. Sweetie found just what she needed, and Baby K, well, kids always need shoes and we wandered over there to keep her busy, and ended up with a pair for her. Prices are low for Nike, but high for shoes in general, as you'd expect. Service was friendly and efficient. It's a good place, but I'd recommend coming during the week so it's a little less crazy. read more

Great deals to be had. Very good selection of Nike shoes. You should probably be buying all of your Nike shoes and gear here. It gets busy on the weekends and lines are long (even with all registers going). Had to take off a star because every time this one cashier's customer left, the security alert went off at the door. Nobody pays attention anyways and neither did I went I went through. When I got home I realized the security device was still stuck to my shoes. These are incredibly difficult to release without the tool and causing damage to your merchandise. How do you not take off the device for customers? People that go here usually drive far and it's not feasible to drive back just to realease the device. I'll be double checking this on everything I purchase from now on. read more

This isn't bad for a Nike location but definitely not in my top ten. The shoe selection is not amazing in my opinion but only because I have the ability to visit another location with a better selection and it's almost the same distance from me as this one. The service is just ok. The employees are knowledgeable but don't expect them to ask if you need help. They will walk right by you while having a conversation with another employee and not even think twice about it and yes this happened with multiple employees. When you do ask questions they are direct in answering but don't go any further than that. For example: I know the Peg34 has a lower arch than the 35 and I need a high arch. So I say "do you have the 35 in a wide?" They answer "no." Not 'no, but I have the 34 in a wide' or 'what is it you like about the 35, maybe we have another option like the React' or 'no, but we carry others in a wide' and so on, you get my point. This is the number one reason I spend ten times as much at the other location. I went to both locations in one day last week. I bought one pair of shoes from here and 8 pair plus clothing from the other location. I do have to say that John B was great. Unfortunately I didn't meet this guy until I was checking out. I asked a simple question at check out and he immediately radioed to the team to see if they had something in stock and walked me to a particular shoe he thought would fit what I was looking for. If I had talked to him first I would have spent more time in the store. Now for the general shopper who isn't super particular and is just shopping for deals then this place is ok. They have good sales going on pretty regularly. I go straight to the hash wall and start my shopping there since it's usually an extra 30% off, sometimes it's 20%. If you're shopping at this outlet center then there is no reason to pass this place by. Stop in and see what deals are available, you might find something great! LOVE THIS STORE!!!!!!! Myself, husband and 3 kids all find great stuff at this store. My husband and son both got a pair of Jordan Legand shoes for about $125 (HUGE DEAL). I've scored shirts for my kids for $2 and great shoes with huge discounted pricing for myself as well. I've bought several athletic items here (dri fit shirts and shorts) for my kids and even a football girdle. I will def be back again soon, probably tomorrow (I'm not kidding, so be ready for me)! read more

Wish I could leave 0 stars but I can't, so one star it is...Called ahead to see what COVID 19 store hours were and the recording states that store was open until 6 pm. Made a special trip to the outlet just for Nike and when we arrived at 5:15 we were told that the last customers were allowed in at 5pm that way the store would be empty by 6. First of all, our shopping would not have lasted a full hour. Second, updating the automated message to inform of the last entry time would have prevented this from happening. When we spoke with a manager he mentioned that the early closing was due to the "curfew" that starts at 10pm so that excuse seems to be quite a stretch. read more

brought in a nike gym bag with a manufacturing date of 05-01-03 since the interior coating was peeling off - without any major discussion this was exchanged for a new bag of similar build with a significant discount. and I was only charged anything at all since they did not make that specific design anymore. that is what I call customer service. read more
