Of course…read moreon the first, we came an hour before close and were again directed by the staff member manning the front that we would not be seen today and to make an appointment for another day, can we come in during the day. We said no we work and left. It really depends on who you get upfront (aka how late they want to be there). We tried again another day probably around the same time and were put on the queue to be helped..it was still a wait, but at least we were not immediately turned away. Had a great sales representative (I wish I would have got his name) that was very transparent and honest in regards to the current promo, asking us why we wanted to upgrade and telling us that we should wait until Iphone 14 series comes out, because it would not be worth it for us at this time. I really appreciate that he was straight with us knowing this would hinder his commission. Only reason not a 5 is because of the first experience and being turned away.

I said my husband was just parking the car and would be right in. He wouldn't let him enter. I asked if I could just reach outside the door to get the phone from his hand. He refused to let me saying I could only exit and then couldn't reenter. I spend 1.5 hrs on the phone with 611 to do an esim installation for something that would have taken him minutes but he didn't want to stay one minute after closing time. DESPICABLE and just one of many reasons we are switching our phone carriers.

I live 30 miles out and when I arrived they told me it was a mistake and not done. When the computer was finally complete a couple of days later, I picked it up and asked for a discount for my time and gas that cost me for coming in that Monday. The person at the desk went back and talked to the manager and all they could do is offer me a screen saver which I did not need. I own a small business and when there is an issue I always will listen to the customer and try to work out a solution. The manger should of had the courtesy to come speak to me in person. I do want to mention that my computer is fixed and working and I do commend them for that.

They've been in a case since the day I got them and they were in pristine condition. When I picked them up, there were several scratches, scuffs and marks all over the case. I dread coming to this store. I wish that Best Buy was an authorized Apple dealer. They have much friendly employees who at least pretend to care about their job and the customers they serve.

I would give a 0 star if available. My family has been to pine lake Tmobile multiple times for help with my daughter's watch. Every time I am told I have done something wrong. I have spent hours sitting in this store while they try resetting and other trouble shooting. While I'm sitting and waiting, I feel ignored like I don't exist. The gossip between several female employees was shocking. As a customer, I would never want to know and overhear that the manager who sold me the watch was recently fired for sleeping with his employee. Who Tayla chooses to sleep with, boss or not, is not something I or my child need to be aware of. Keep it professional T-mobile. The amount of money I spend on my phone bill I would expect a higher class of employees. After an hour and a half in the store Tayla did not fix my watch nor do I believe I will EVER be coming back to this location. I will be going anywhere else. This is a review of the store and how unhelpful the employee, Tayla was as well as how she and other employees are gossiping about unprofessional topics in ear range of customers. Names should be mentioned. UPDATE: The marketing manager has reached out asking me to remove my review because it is negative based on a personal experience. T-mobile is wanting to hide and cover up any wrong doings or extreme unprofessionalism with its employees. This company is coming off unethical, this location specifically. I will be talking to my family about switching companies. T-mobile does not deserve my or my family's business. Customers be warned. read more

I think I have just received the best customer experience ever from the pinelake store. The salesman that worked with me, treated me as if he was on my side and wanted me to make the best decision in what I was doing in upgrading my phone. I watched the other sales people and how they treated their customers and it was the same experience. I am glad that I drove the hour or so to do my business with them. Thank you. read more
