My husband's phone needed to be replaced because of its age (network no longer supported it). I was planning to buy a low cost Android system phone to replace it, but Dae and Keisha pointed out that he could get a replacement at no cost. Selection is limited to a few models, but we only need a phone for a few texts, mostly security codes to log into accounts. Dae worked with us for about 30 minutes to get us what we needed. I recently bought a new I phone 16 e from the East Cobb store on Roswell road. Within 2 months the charging cable quit working. When I went in to get it checked and hopefully replaced I was immediately told it was an Apple warranty problem and they couldn't and wouldn't help me. I should have expected this treatment as it is consistent with the treatment I received when I bought the phone. Only going back as a last resort. read more

I switched to T-Mobile recently. I went into this store to trade in my old phone after receiving my new phone in the mail. While I was not paying attention, the employee helping me wiped my old phone before I could get the phone number transfer PIN from my old carrier AT&T, rending me unable to use my old phone number. All employees including the manager then refused to help me with the situation, forcing me to sit on the phone with AT&T for two hours to resolve the issue. If you are switching to T-Mobile (which I suggest you not, as the signal is awful) be very mindful what the employees are doing to your trade-in device during the process. read more

The motto of this T-Mobile store might as well be "How To Avoid Assisting Customers Effectively." My wireless card went on the fritz last week. I stubbornly kept trying to get back online because I didn't want to make the effort to go to the T-Mobile store. Partly out of laziness, partly out of fear the only solution would be that I had to buy a new card. The Boy finally convinced me that we should take it in after five days of no service. Given the time of day we chose, battling Buckhead traffic down Peachtree to get to the good T-mo store I usually visit seemed silly when there was one much closer, by Chastain Park. [Cue Julia Roberts to the snotty salesgirl in "Pretty Woman":] Big Mistake. Big. Huge. First off, there is one customer, a mailman, paying his bill. And delivering Girl Scout Cookies to the clerk. Who proceeds to open the box of Tagalongs and start eating them, still chatting with him, telling me it'll be "just a minute" through her mouthful of crumbs. The other clerk just looks at us and goes back to talking with his buddy leaning next to his register. Cookie Chick finally asks what I need, then responds to my request for help with a wireless card by saying, first, "I don't know about those. I just started a week ago," and then, "Did you call customer service?" Uh, I explain, that's why I'm here now- they told me to go to a store. Cookie gets a manager, who comes out and asks me the same thing. "Did you call customer service? They really are the ones who should help you." Maybe so, but isn't there a better delivery? At least a pretend-to-try-to-help section you studied in training? I give Ms Manager a Look Of Displeasure. She just looks back at me, and offers nothing. "Do you know the right number to call for customer service? You can look it up online. Or I can try to find it for you." I can't GET online, ma'am, I want to scream. So, yeah, if there's a different or alternate number I should know, that would be Very Helpful! Instead, I look at the Boy, who's trying not to laugh because he sees how aggravated I am and knows I'm about to lose it. I look back at her, decide trying to either get her to actually be helpful or fix my problem are both unlikely to happen, and tell her what all of them had been wanting to hear all along: "You know what, don't worry about it. I'll find the customer service number myself. Thanks for your help." [Conclusion of the story: later that night I spent two hours on the phone with CS, after starting with 611 from my cell . . . and it turns out "there have been outages due to weather in the Atlanta metro area." Following instructions, I just kept logging back in and out until the card started working again . . . ] read more

I've been a Sprint/T-Mobile customer for 22 years so you can guess how many times I've used a phone store for issues or new phones. None compares to this T-Mobile store for their knowledge, courtesy, and service. I just exchanged 2 IPhones for new ones and the whole transaction took less than 45 minutes. Deron knew his stuff ! He was also helpful guiding me through the process for a free upgrade for my daughter who lives outside our area. This T-Mobile location has never disappointed me. read more

TMobile Home internet service is simply Horrific. The last time I experienced internet this awful was when internet first became a thing. The Buffering, Freezing and weak to no signal when it rains MEANS JUST GIVE UP. There is no savings when you are paying for frustration. No matter how many times I contacted TMobile to complain about these issues, none of their fixes, or suggestions were a remedy. I ended up tolerating this bad service for six months, at which point I could adequately afford to change providers. The worst part is; I cancelled my service on 9/02/24 and was told I would still be billed for the whole month of September because my bill closing date was 25 days away. Then I was told that I would also be responsible for a final bill in October. TMobile should have been paying me for all the times I called for support, because the service was randomly available .and at a level where it was useful to all members of the family read more

Coming to this store reminds us why we are so happy they're our phone provider. We recently went in to upgrade our phones and our experience could not have gone smoother. Deron was the associate who helped us and wow - this is the best customer service we've ever received. He was so nice, helpful, explained everything clearly, provided us with all the options, he just made everything so seamless for us. We can back once our phones were delivered to transfer all the data and he just goes above and beyond to make things as easy as possible for us. They also rearranged the store to keep social distancing in mind and all associates had masks and hand sanitizers at each station. I would definitely recommend this store and ask for Deron if he is there! read more

Straight Talk lost my phone number that I've had forever and then told me it couldn't be recovered after several hours of frustration I went to Verizon and they told me they couldn't either and tried to sell me a new number and some FEES so I left there feeling hopeless. I walked in T-MOBILE STORE 5787 And Kim Ryder Sales associate was super helpful. She not only gave me a reasonable plan with all the jingle bells and whistles with no contract but she retrieved my old phone number also, and did it in minutes.
