I've had T Mobile for years. I deal with the fact that when I buy a new phone, it's going to take quite a while in the store. This time my s22 ultra was hacked by someone walking by! Point is, I went straight to T Mobile and I got a temporary phone that did the job and the sales woman gave me details which saved me from losing my warranty. It all took about 5 minutes! Happy end to a bad day. read more

When I went to the Marshall location I dealt with three employees,one of which was very rude.I was rather shocked at his behavior sitting at a table on his phone was far more important than helping a customer.He was not happy I came in so close to closing time.I will say he made me feel very uncomfortable.I am thankful for the other two employees who were able to help and weren't rude.I will never go back to this location nor do I reccomend this location. read more

Total scam! I called to schedule an appointment and the scheduler asked for my credit card number…read more He assured me they wouldn't process it but I refused to give it to him. I told him I would pay in cash once the services were completed. The day of the job two electricians showed up expecting to work four hours. When it only took one guy barely 90 minutes to complete the job they tried to charge us for the full four hours! My husband refused and was able to get somewhat of a lower price- which was still a gross overcharge for the job that was actually completed. I was told over the phone that labor would be $90/hr. The invoice states that we needed $60 in parts. That should be a total of $195, we were still charge over $300!!!! Now I know why they wanted my credit card in the first place -so they could be assured to get $400 whether they earned it or not. What a scam. (This was the Fort Wayne location of this business).
