The good folks at this T-Mobile location stepped in to fix a problem that was actually caused by one of T-Mobile's so-called independent "authorized retailers" at 9231 Mentor Ave, Mentor, OH (see separate review for that location, and reason why you should come HERE instead). When the other location very unprofessionally refused to replace a defective router / gateway device, we brought the unit to this store to see if they could help. We had been been very rudely told by the "bad" store that only the original seller could swap equipment, so we really didn't have our hopes set too high. But, much to our surprise, the reps at THIS location told us they could certainly take care of us. We got a replacement gateway and were on our way back home within minutes. And keep in mind that THIS location didn't make a single penny off of us, yet they took care of us as if we were established customers. Now THAT, folks, is how to run a business! So a special shout-out and many thanks to in-store reps Re'Allatee and Markale: Your professionalism and willingness to quickly fix a problem that someone else created is truly appreciated! According to community survey results: If you or your family accidentally visit this phone service branch please beware of receiving hateful glares and the most incredibly rude customer service from an entity known only as, The Eva. Survey results describe this hideous customer service creature Eva as possessing long and tangled hair, ill-fittingly tight and unwashed jeans, as well as a daily pungent odor combined with cold stares that have caused many unsuspecting customers to flee the store in shock whilst covering their eyes and noses in revulsion. In brief, survey sightings of the Eva creature report the meanest, rudest, most self-centered, arrogant and uneducated customer service staff ever witnessed in the Mentor community. Evidently, the Eva creature only responds to customer requests for help with purchases once it has finished at the mirror admiring itself with twisted smiles and applying copious amounts of cosmetics to cover up reality. Then, as if this appalling scene wasn't enough to spoil any customer's lunch for the day, specific survey data indicates that Eva's arrogant behavior has nearly bankrupted this phone service branch. It may never be truly known exactly how something as repugnant, nasty and snide as the Eva creature was ever recruited to interact in-person with actual customers, but if there is any mercy left in the Mentor community, perhaps one day the customers of this phone service branch may be spared any further interactions with the dreaded Eva scowls. Our condolences to any innocent customers who may have inadvertently selected this store to visit on the days when the Eva monstrosity is busy polluting the otherwise friendly atmosphere at this branch with her smug grins, sneering glares, heinous appearance and rude behavior towards those customers- whose patronage in fact pays her salary.
