My husband, who is black and (I am a white woman) went and dropped off my phone early this morning for a cracked screen. Tonight we went to pick it up and he was told my phone was sent to the Stow store to be fixed because they could not fix it. The reason he went in to pick get it, was because I broke my foot today and he did not want me walking on it and he was the one that dropped it off. He proceeded to come out to the truck and get me and when I, "the white woman" walked back into the store, all of sudden my phone was there and fixed, within 2 seconds. They literally lied to my husband about the phone. No apology, no explanation, no nothing. This is why a lot of unnecessary racism crimes happen. My husband was very highly frustrated and upset, felt disgraces, discriminated, everything!!! He did not want me walking on my injured foot and then got lied to for no reason! Something should be done about this employee. The other employee, we believe John G, helped us and gave us the phone without issue. You could tell he was embarrassed about what happened... but still no apology or anything. Just said, I'll talk to him. Rather than addressing his own lack of technical knowledge he began blaming and berating the previous provider and everyone else involved. Needless to say, we are now hosting with a professional company, who completed all the transfers within an hour! Weldon PC does not have sufficient technical skills for business support or anything beyond basic skills. Beware!

They now have a brand new home down the street, new management, and employees. I wasn't at all impressed with my experience. I even drove to another location later in the day to do a shipment. SERVICES/INVENTORY: The store offers printing, shipping, and mailing services. The checkout is organized into Shipping and Printing for easier checkout. There is a retail section at the store with books (most 40% off), planners, shipping supplies, greeting cards, and miscellaneous. I purchased packing tape, packing peanuts (x2), and packing bubbles spending $20 something. Inventory wasn't well replenished. I had to ask for more packing peanuts since they weren't on the shelves. I really wanted bigger bubbles but they weren't available. Only one package was on the sales floor. The peanuts did not even fill one medium box. I wish that there was a bigger package. Overall, I wasn't happy with the inventory. CUSTOMER SERVICE: The customer service was painfully slow. I considered leaving because stopping for a few packaging supplies shouldn't take this long. The payment system went down multiple times. I had to be transferred to two checkouts both of which were problematic. There were no bags to carry out my merchandise. Employees were explaining the shopping tiers to customers very well. The number of days and pricing per each. The conversations were very value-oriented and helpful to customers.
