If I could give less than one star I would. Had the worse discrimination issue at the worse time at this store. My husband, who is black and (I am a white woman) went and dropped off my phone early this morning for a cracked screen. Tonight we went to pick it up and he was told my phone was sent to the Stow store to be fixed because they could not fix it. The reason he went in to pick get it, was because I broke my foot today and he did not want me walking on it and he was the one that dropped it off. He proceeded to come out to the truck and get me and when I, "the white woman" walked back into the store, all of sudden my phone was there and fixed, within 2 seconds. They literally lied to my husband about the phone. No apology, no explanation, no nothing. This is why a lot of unnecessary racism crimes happen. My husband was very highly frustrated and upset, felt disgraces, discriminated, everything!!! He did not want me walking on my injured foot and then got lied to for no reason! Something should be done about this employee. The other employee, we believe John G, helped us and gave us the phone without issue. You could tell he was embarrassed about what happened... but still no apology or anything. Just said, I'll talk to him. No stars, took my phone to get fix, they lost my Sims card and SD card, saying it wasn't in the phone! Why wasn't it! They lost it, I bought a new phone and all of a sudden since it was there someone been trying to make purchases on cash app to Sam sylks chicken spot! Nothing I thought more frustrating then dropping my phone off a ladder and shattering the screen. Found these guys and they repaired my Pixel super quickly and at a reasonable price! A few months later, my phone stopped charging and I took it there and they cleaned out for free and fixed it. I definitely recommend them for mobile phone repair. What a complete sh*tshow. I should have read the last two reviews and avoided this place. My iPhone was needing a new battery, and as I was walking into the restaurant next door to this place, I thought I might be able to skip a trip to the Apple store, which is a ways away and always a production. I went in and asked the kid behind the counter how long it would take to replace my battery. 35-40 minutes. Literally the minute I handed my phone over, the guy running the place says "Well, it's actually going to be an hour". I come back in an hour and they tell me they're just finishing up, come back in another 20 minutes. 20 minutes later, the story is "The first battery we put in was defective, so we're swapping it out (yeah, right) - give us another 20 minutes" So, almost 2 hours after dropping my phone off for a 35 minute repair, the guy comes out and says that he somehow fried my Home button during the repair, and he doesn't have a replacement in stock. He'll call me in a couple of days. After wasting my time here, I still ended up at the Apple store, and they were able to undo the damage. I should have just gone there in the first place. My daughter has recently broke her iPad screen, and apple would not repair it so we came here. First of all, the place is very clean, modern looking, and neat. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. When we got the iPad back the screen was perfectly fixed! Great job!- you should definitely come here for repairs. read more

I broke my screen on my Samsung Galaxy 8! So I did a warranty claim thru Verizon. So they sent me to go see John at UBREAKIFIX. He did a great job! The associates at ubreakifix South Euclid act professionally and they competently repair Google Pixel phones. They put a new battery in my Pixel 3 and it is working like new. Only one minor issue: If you make an appointment on-line, you)p'd be advised to call the location first to make sure the have the part(s) on hand. Dropped my phone off to get the screen fixed. I was given an estimate of an hour for it to be fixed. Wasted some time at the stores in the area, and came back after an hour. When I got there they told me it would be a few minutes. Was told that about 4 times then finally after an hour of standing in the store I was told it's going to be another 30 minutes or so because they had messed something up. After waiting for the phone to finally come out with a new screen, it was saying that there was no SIM card. The SIM card was working fine when I dropped it off. Took another 10 minutes for them to figure that problem out. After standing there for over an hour after the phone was supposed to be ready, I will not be back. read more

I broke my screen on phone and was able to drop it off and pick it up the next day. The phone was as good as new the next day and they even replaced the battery without charging me. Also needed help later with computer connection problems and they went out of their way to look into the problem and offer suggestions without charging me even after I went there twice. I came in last summer to get my broken iPhone display fixed...waited a while and it was good as new...except now my camera and phone earpiece didn't work...OK,return it and tell them the problem...Fixed no hassle!! Now it's the end of fall, I broke it again smh...I decided since they did a fairly good job last time, I'll go to them again. Called them about it and they said a display would be in on the upcoming Tuesday. So Tuesday comes and I bring it in... Now the screen was jumping but it always jumped to settings and it happens that before I brought it in my battery life was at 82%,OK. They fixed it again,cam worked and everything, great!! I usually keep my phone on charge but I disconnected it and it just unexpectedly shut off and turned on at about 57%!!! When it came back on finally,it was at a whopping 10%!!!!! So I go look at the battery life and to my surprise....Service!!! Hmmmm....I called them just to see what they would say and asked if a display replacement should affect battery life...I was told NO! So I tell them the situation described and asked if they would fix the issue...yeah but not for free...alright....Took it to the Apple store and told THEM the situation, guess what?? I was told they installed a third party display on my phone and it technically wasnt an iPhone anymore!! On top of that I was told third party displays are NOTORIOUS for killing batteries because they need to draw more power from the battery!!! So I said all that to say this...They aren't that bad if you don't have a proprietary device,but if you do, PLEASE make an effort to take it to the manufacturer!!! very satisfied - had to go in for a cracked screen on my iPhone - fixed quickly but within hours the screen was "fuzzy" and had a lot of horizontal lines on it - returned a couple days later for it to be looked at again & while that was not exactly convenient they staff took care of it immediately & remedied the problem with a new screen .. would return if needed but at the same time hope that day does not come read more
