Son was in a reck, broke his phone, went in to see what to do, next thing, they said we were in an…read moreold plan, that they don't have this anymore, they made everything sound wonderful and even the WiFi, I had said no on the WiFi, we got talked into, 30 days to return it, I sent 3 family members in to take the WiFi back, 7 days left to return, when I went in, then we got the " we can't take back returns, you have to call Verizon at 611" 1 guy said he couldn't take it back because of management wasn't there, but he could even come to the house to help, they wanted us to run out of the 30 days, so we would have to keep it, this office is a bunch of crooks. I will never go back, I would rather do everything over the phone and I will from here on out , you go in, you better be aware of their little scams.

SCAM! This dude is selling knock off temu screens. I knew for the price it wasn't gonna be an…read moreauthentic "Apple" made screen, but I thought it would at least work sufficiently. This screen here is straight up broke. It keeps freezing, sometimes it knows if you're trying to press something- sometimes not.the screen edges are totally non-responsive, the screen is dim and the colors are so dull. I was so pissed off and was going to go in there to confront the guy and demand a refund, but then I found out I had paid enough of my phone off to trade it in. I had a small crack before I "demolished" my screen, and I wouldn't have been able to trade it in with that small crack.
