I walked in the store on Alton Road with questions & concerns on my new mobile account. I did not have passwords handy. One of the store managers approached me answered all of my questions. Andrew was calm & professional the entire hour I was there. Giving me information on my bill & how procedures work at T-Mobile. I tried very hard to have patience with T-Mobile. I'm using them for Internet services in the last four months. I have called them every single week about connectivity. They keep telling me that it's going to be resolved. They sent me out a new tower. They've done everything you could possibly believe the Jacquelyn rounds and now I called and the 800 number is disconnected. Happy T-Mobile's 800 number we disconnect. so now I go did you mobile on Lincoln Road which is the biggest group of morons I've ever met and that's been polite I explained what did situation was and how many times I show them how many times I had service calls and I said to them what's your 800 number any chance we said we have to find out from the manager we don't really quality 800 number the manager was with a friend/customer/hook up I will get an hour and 40 minutes the guy finally walks over to me I tell him the tower is not working I'm not getting any signal and I want to return this. He said to me he can't take away the chain for T-Mobile because the Internet division is different than the phone division and I said to him isn't that the same Internet tower I have he says to me we sell it but that's all we do is sell it then I asked him for the 800 number for Internet services. He wasn't sure if they had one he finally. comes back to me after waiting another 35 minutes and says to me they no longer have the 800 number. She said that's no problem. Just shut my service off now and I'll I'll get a return label and I'll send the tower back myself. can you please print me a return label. He says to me he's not able to print a return label for anything but the phone I asked him why he replied to me. He was never taught how to do it for an Internet tower. This is the manager. he says, can I take your number and I'll call you back just give me until Monday. It was a Friday I've had no calls. I walked by the store yesterday. Everybody had something to do when I walked in and the manager was not there and the girl tells me he's in the back he doesn't want to come out so that shows you the quality of people the T-Mobile hires you know I have to tell you Ryan Reynolds who is your friend bet me $1000 that if I would have. his cellular service for a year he gave it to me for a year free he said to me all you have to do is write about your experience, and I have to tell you I have had excellent service wherever I have traveled every once in a while, the band with all be a little bit you know slow, but it has constantly worked and he has a special right now. If you buy a one year plan, he gives you three months free just check out the prices you'll save a fortune. It's under $200 for a whole year. How could you not do it. Horrible service from Diamonique (diabolic) treat clients like garbage this was the second time she assisted me. Should have known better and come back another day as other employees in this store are so much more pleasant and willing to assist. Hi, would like to complain about interaction with worker yesterday at your store. The individual on duty last afternoon was more then unfriendly and unhelpful, rather sarcastic. I visited with elderly parens and had few questions trying to get 2 good plans for their needs. The young gentleman with long curly stylish hair was probably training another gentleman next to him and was obviously annoyed having us customers. The store was empty at the moment and was surprising to be neglected. We had to go next door to Att to purchase what we needed . He continue to be rude when I asked if we should leave . Avoid this store at all costs!!! First issue, the T-Mobile site lists this as a corporate store. They are not a corporate store. When dealing with celluar carriers I recommend avoiding dealers/retailers like the plague. My contract with T-mobile expired, so my wife was going to move over to T-mobile with me from Verizon. We go into this store thinking it is a corporate store. I've done my research online and they offer a plan for me for $50 for unlimited talk, text and 1 GB of data. I can then add my wife for $30 extra per month. The jack@$$ helping me, Anthony (typically I would never name anyone, but this guy deserves to be named), tells me T-Mobile no longer offers this plan, instead he can do $100 per month for the two of us. I refuse and leave. I call T-Mobile and explain everything, they say he is wrong (aka lying) and they sign me up over the phone. I've been with T-Mobile for about 5-6 years with no problems until today. Do not deal with dealers/retailers, only with corporate stores. T-Mobile should dump these yahoos. read more

The service at this location was outstanding!! I walked in inquiring about general information regarding family plans since my now "old provider" was a bit pricey for my budget. I sat down with rep ( Marianela) and I explained to her my concerns and priorities and she clearly pointed out why I should switch . I took a lot of her time asking questions , yet she was so helpful and honest. I contact her all the time with questions and she is always ready and available to answer to my concerns. More than earning my business, she has established a client relationship which makes me feel more at ease when dealing with her. I will keep sending her referrals! After much debate I decided to make the switch over from Verizon to T-Mobile. I am happy to say I made the right decision with Galaxy edge and this store location was perfect, knowledgeable and professional staff. Andrea was amazing, very helpful and polite. I changed phones a few days ago. Was helped by Cristian, and it was the best mobile phone change experience I've ever had. He suggested I buy a screen protector, which I've never had in my life. That day, I dropped the phone and cracked the protector, leaving the phone without a mark. Came in the next day, got my screen protector changed for free. He transferred all of my info seamlessly, and walked me through all my concerns. I live off my phone, like many nowadays, so this was invaluable to me. He hooked me up with all the possible rebates and went through all the insurances without any up-selling. On two different days, I dealt with two other associates there, and they were great also. Went in to buy a new phone. The girl who helped me was friendly up until I did not want to purchase the insurance for the phone. She became unfriendly very quickly. After making a very large purchase, she handed me my bag and did not even say thank you or "enjoy your new phone", or smile. She was the one with the dollar sign tattoo on her finger. Overall, the store was clean and organized but I wouldn't recommend it as first choice for trying a phone. Half the phones were not charged so you couldn't turn them on, they are bolted down so you cannot even pick one up to feel it. If you already know exactly what cell phone you are looking for, then by all means...use this spot, but if you are looking to actually test out some different ones...I do not recommend this place. read more

Worst service of my life. The employee who "assisted" me (he told me, he was the manager) served me very badly, and try to rob me, trying to charge for something that I did not need, at a price that was not correct. I had bought a sim card in another T-Mobile Store, when I put it on my phone it did not work. As this store was closer to me that the one where I had purchased the sim card I decided to go there. BIG mistake ... The manager told me that I had lost the sim card even when I was showing him I had it in my hand, and that I had to pay 20 dollars for a new one. To which I answered that this could not be right because that sim card did not work from the start, and T-Mobile should gave me a solution without me having to pay again for it. And anyway if I had to pay for a new sim card these are worth 10 dollars not 20 as he wanted to charge me. He just left to another counter and left me standing there... I talk to him again and he told me the same. Knowing he was trying to rob me I went back to the original T-Mobile store where I bought the sim card, and they solve the problem without any cost or even having to replace the sim card. It only was a matter of configuration at the account. Don't go to this store they will try to steal from you! read more

AT&T drops calls but data is good. Sprint has good calls but awful data. Thought I give tmobile a try. Went in to open an account. They took an hour to open the account. Then they got my name, address, and email completely wrong. Ordered an iPhone but they don't have any iPhones instock. Not the end of the world they ordered one "overnight". After 5 days of waiting I'm giving up and going back to Verizon. Seriously the store is next door. Don't go here. read more

I have been a t-mobile client since December of 2014 and they always provide excellent customer service. Anytime I have a question, need to make an update to my account, add a line or just have a question in general about my phone service I can always count on Marianela and her crew to help me out. Yesterday my phone cracked and completely stopped working and Marianela and the staff helped me get a new phone very quickly while providing quality entertainment and fun while I waited for the phone to update. In this shop somoene recently bought 2 iphones with a value of almost $2000 using my brother's stolen debit card. We have followed our bank's procedure and it seems that this shop refuses to return the money even as they claim that they followed the identification procedure which is totally false: 1) because my brother is Spaniard and the invoice says brazilian customer 2) my brother has never been in Miami. Unfortunately is sad seeing large coorporations taking advantage of regular people leaving us with the only option of going legal which will mean a lot expenses that we can't afford. Not even a 1 star is deserved!!! Identification process is terrible. Unfortunately, my brother in law, who was visiting from Spain, experienced identity theft. I live across the country from this location and the thief(s) made multiple, large purchases at this location. After months of investigation the store refuses to return the money, reason being, they followed the identification procedure. I want to know what procedure is that exactly??? How did they identify properly if at the time of purchases my brother in law was back in Europe. If they are unwilling to work with the bank and wash their hands from assisting with identity theft then they should have a more secure identification process. I can only wonder if the employees are involved with these people? "Friend helping friends" maybe. I am saddened that my brother in laws first time experience in the USA was ruined by thieves and people like the ones who work here!!! read more
