There was a huge crack in the middle of a screen, making the touchpad unusable. I brought my own screen, bought from asus website but I was told that in this case the repairs won't be covered. And for a screen from their screen I have to wait. That's alright I thought. Two days later, got a call saying the part has arrived. They fixed pretty quick, no issues here. Bringing laptop home I realized the bezel is not afixed correctly, there are lots of glue all over the screen and small crack in the corner. Not sure if it happened when I opened the laptop or they gave it like this to me. Brought it back. And that's where the circus begun. "Screen functioning with no issues so we can only refund the labor" - their words. So not only the new "broken" screen is never been covered, the broken bezel is not covered as well. He was knowledgeable and helpful down to the accessories I needed. Horrible and LAZY. I…read morego there on a Sunday to have a repair for my phone and understand 1) is it not repairable 2) if it is what is the costs so I can submit that to insurance. Talk with the manager/owner then his friends come in and completely ignores me for 10 minutes. Says he doesn't have the tool come back tomorrow. Monday comes, I return and explain to one of the staff I would like it repaired if he provides me clear cost or to know if it can not be repaired. Doesn't use a tool or anything calls a guy and says they won't give price until they are done. Insurance only covers the lower of replacement or repair and unwilling to say what the cost is. His response "WHATs in it for ME?" I'd prefer to shop at a small family shop like this, so would love to endorse, but lack of integrity and can't even provide a written quote of what he would charge. #shame on the lack of integrity; it represents everything currently wrong with Miami, when there is so much good in this wonderful city

I took it in and received with my camera working as it did before. I originally had a bad review but since the manager rectified the problem. I'll leave them with a 4 star due to my troubles. Summary: Check camera, face id and all necessities before you leavemaybe lock apps with very private information. Don't need them seeing my commission UPDATE.. After my phone was fixed now there is a specific place on the screen that cannot be pressed on. Another hassle. I'm going to call and try to see if they can fix this problem. In the next two days I also noticed the battery capacity reduced significantly while I was barely using my phone! Before I brought the phone to Cellular ER the battery lasted whole day and even longer, and I used my phone for making photos, watching videos and music listening. So I finally gave them a call, and they explained that the battery capacity reduced due to the cheaper screen! You guys should disclose all these to your customers before! Knowing all these from the very beginning I would never pay this money and rather bring my phone to Apple and pay twice.
