My initial review was removed by YELP, because they said that I had identified the wrong business…read more The Dover Delaware location is not listed on YELP, but the Milford Delaware location is on YELP. Both locations had the same owner. He closed the Milford location and kept the Dover location open. The employee at the Dover location was at the Milford location before it closed. Thus, I identified the correct business. What I think occurred is that the owner complained about my review and they cowered under his pressure. It was a waste of time because I have reviewed them on other major review sites, and they honored my right to review the business. YELP has some issues and will probably take this down. I've already gave them negative reviews on various sites. The review was as follows: I just left this store in Dover, Delaware and I'm rather angry. I've been getting emails notifying me that I was eligible for an upgrade to Samsung A15 for $15. When I asked him the total cost for my 2 lines, he quoted me over $330. When I asked him why my emails said $15 per line, his response was as follows, "We send that to all our customers. You have to come into the store to get a price." At that point, I'm getting angrier, but I tried to maintain my composure. This is a classic example of "BAIT AND SWITCH." I will give it a couple of days before I contact the States Attorney General's, consumer protection division to file a complaint. I'm having problems trying to process what just happened!!!! I had problems with this service when they had a location in Milford. At that time, I just thought that they were incompetent. I didn't realize that they were also unscrupulous. I forgot to mention that he failed to inform me that the phones had insurance coverage. I told him that my wife's phone had died and wouldn't turn on. The professional thing would have been to tell me that the broken phone was covered by a warranty. Instead, he tried to rob me in plain daylight without a gun. Shameful. I attached a copy of the "BAIT and SWITCH" lure. Shameful.

Let's see - I wandered in there exactly 15 days ago to get a new phone. I wanted an android, and I…read morehad an iPhone, so I also wanted some help with transferring bookmarks, contacts, and apps. There was a glitch - in that I wanted to just pay for the phone. My bank's algorithm denied the charge - so I wandered down the street to get the cash to pay for the phone. So far so good - until the following morning, I got an email from Verizonwireless with my new "financing contract." Said "friendly" sales person had financed $10 of my new phone for two years, tying up the line, locking the phone. She also switched me from a 2g to a 4G plan, and without telling me added some kind of insurance to the bil - to dry out the phone if it ever got wet. The following day, I went back to the store to call her out as the thief she was - demanded to return the phone. The manager took back most of the accessories, but REFUSED TO TAKE BACK THE PHONE BECAUSE I HAD THROWN OUT THE BOX - a $1200 Samsung Galaxy S20+. The phone was LOCKED - and I couldn't change carriers without buying another phone. My complaint to VERIZON prompted an area manager to call me and he assured me the phone was unlocked. After spending more than 4 hours at the SPRINT store in town the following Monday, that included multiple phone calls to the area manager, who ASSURED me the phone was "unlocked", I finally told the sales person there to sell me another phone - I would deal with the Wireless Zone folks in court. So, I forked out the money for another phone in two weeks - wasted HOURS of my time between July 17 and 20 driving to Dover (to try to get the phone unlocked), driving back to Wireless Zone to return the phone - manager refused to take it back! On the phone with area manager, wrote a complaint to DE AG's Consumer Protection Bureau - and I wrote a demand letter to Wireless Zone - as yet unanswered for the waste of my time, the additional money I put out. Wed, July 29, I got an email from Verizonwireless telling me they had processed my "request" to have the phone unlocked. It was NOT unlocked as of the day I bought my phone at Sprint. DO NOT SHOP THERE! THEY ARE NOT HONEST! It COST ME $1200 to have a phone I DON'T NEED BECAUSE I'M NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH VERIZONWIRELESS EVER AGAIN. I was a 25 year customer. This store changed that.

I was in and out of the store in 15-20 with a new iPhone 13. They made it extremely easy to…read moretrade-in my X and get set up. I'd recommend this location for anyone who knows exactly what they want to get and want it quickly.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Fix Ur Crack- I made the mistake of allowing this company to replace the…read morescreen on my brand new iPhone, as it had a simple crack. After paying $180 CASH on Saturday May 10th, the screen was replaced for the first time. Immediately after the screen was replaced, there was an Error message on my screen, advising that the product was not compatible with Apple, and the screen was glitching. I advised the technician of this before I even left the parking lot, and I was told to wait over the weekend to see if the glitching would "resolve" itself. The glitching gradually became worse. After calling the store on Monday May 12th, I was assured that I could come back and have the screen replaced for a second time. When I arrive to the store, I was told that the screen was actually not in stock and it was currently being delivered from another store. I left the store, and then returned, hours later, at the time the technician advised it would be in stock. When I arrived to the store for the THIRD time, I was told the part hadn't been delivered yet. I never received a phone call, text message, email, or any other form of communication advising that the part hadn't arrived. I then waited for two additional hours... it still hadn't been delivered. When I requested a refund, I was told that it had to be processed in their system and that because I paid cash, they do not keep that amount on hand and someone with higher authority would have to go to the bank... I come back to the store the next day to have my screen repaired, once again. (I called and confirmed it was in stock and the technician advised that shipment had came in that day but hadn't yet opened the box, after I requested, multiple times, to be contacted when the part arrived). After about 30 minutes after the second screen was installed, my phone began overheating and would not hold a charge. I NEVER had this problem, not even once, prior to Fix Ur Crack installing their screens on my phone. I have requested, for weeks, to talk to the owner, Ryan Lawson, and he has not returned any of my phone calls or voicemails. Ryan had communicated through one of his technicians that he wants a chance to "resolve the issue" by testing multiple phone screens on my phone (that are not Apple products) to attempt a third screen replacement. Fix Ur Crack has had several opportunities to fix the problem that they caused. I have requested a refund of the cash that I paid to this business, as they have ruined my device and I have to pay $300 for a new phone. An additional $180 was literally wasted, and when I requested a refund, the company refused, and said they would consider putting my cracked phone screen back on, for the POSSIBILITY of a refund. When I asked if they still had my original, cracked screen, the technician responded with "Well, we keep the broken screens in a bin and I can't guarantee that it's still in there" ... I can no longer use my phone throughout the day, as it becomes too overheated. The battery life is nonexistent and I've advised, multiple times, to this company that I stay at home full time with my baby and NEED access to a phone, especially in the case of an emergency. I've learned my lesson by never paying cash to a business again, and I'm hoping that someone else doesn't make the same mistake by using Ryan Lawson's company, Fix Ur Crack. Ryan should consider Fixing His Morals.
