They went to grab a pair of sunglasses when I immediately told him not to touch them. The salesman then echoed my exact words loudly and sternly from across the store, while he was helping others. I walked out feeling insulted and humiliated. There are a thousand other ways to handle customers with curious toddlers that don't result in losing sales. He literally couldn't have chosen a worse way. There are plenty of shops with the same products. The customer experience makes all the difference and there's no need for anyone to settle.

Particularly compared to all of the other computer companies out there! I called the number and an English-speaking person answered the phone. My amazement didn't stop there. They were really helpful, and they pointed me in the direction of their basic pc kit. They told me that it would have plenty of power for my daughter's needs and they explained that their instructions would teach her how to build a computer. They were right! And, it was refreshing that they didn't try to up sell me to a computer kit that was more than I needed. We had a couple questions during the build process, and we shot them a quick email. They responded same-day and got us back on track. I suppose the reason I wanted to post this company on Yelp is because I am so tired of how the computer and software companies have destroyed any semblance of customer service. Terrible! Tied up in red tape and no one knows what's going on! Someone hacked into my account in…read morethe beginning of October. I was on the phone and on hold then transferred to other departments wasting many hours getting nowhere!! I still don't have access to online banking or telephone banking on the new account they insisted on opening for me. I even spent 45 minutes in the branch with an employee trying to fix the online banking problem and she couldn't do it after calls to multiple departments! The only I accomplished at the branch was finding out that if I want to keep banking there I have to have a verbal password that I give them if I ever have to call and do anything on the phone for the rest of my life. I am a victim of fraud and I'm being punished because PNC is easily hacked. This is the 3rd my Pnc account has been hacked and I've lost money. I have no access to my $$ with my online banking BECAUSE IT CANNOT BE RESET! Transferring everything to another bank to be rid of this mess of a "bank" forever!
