Seems like they have all the updated phones, The service is based on Verizon towers. I don't have their cell phone service. I'm not a big fan of Comcast but this is all I have in my area. Price seems somewhat reasonable until you get the cable then you're looking at an arm and a leg.

The phone STILL hasnt been delivered and its Thursday. The tracking is showing its in Memphis. Best part, I get on xfinity chat for support and they straight up lied to me. Twice. India at its finest. So how do I get a toothbrush the same day from Amazon, but your multi billion dollar corporation takes 5 days to send a phone? That's just poor business. I had a bad experience with this service center when I got my internet hookup too. Thats why Im venting here. This whole corp. is garbage. STAY AWAY!!

They sent…read moreme all over the place by car and then phone calling different numbers just to get a replacement. After hours of back and forth, they send to me to Assurant. Assurant is their own insurance company. They want Apple Care's profit. So they started thier own....and yea, it's trash. After 12 years of insurance, I lose my iphone 12. They offer me a replacement for a deductible fee of nearly $200. The phone is worth $350. So basically, they cover $150 for 12 years of $15/month. SCAMMM Horrible customer service. Dropped calls on rt. 55 like its 2002 still. No thanks. Garbage.

I didn't have to pay anything for the equipment or service . The staff member at the store was very knowledgeable and she helped me with the set up. I only have to pay $55.00 a month and I can take it with me anywhere I travel. I am so glad to tell Xfinity to kick rock! I highly recommend T Mobile Internet!!

I went there right after they left the property and found frass on a window sill inside the house. This was not on the report. I asked for them to go back and check the window sill. The rude lady on the phone (the inspector wife) told me that it was most likely fine and didn't need them to go back to check. I insisted and got an appointment for them to go back and check what was missed. Today, my agent told me that they called the seller's agent and they had a nasty attitude. And told the agent to tell me that they went to the property without actually going. This company is not trustworthy. Take your business elsewhere. Ps: They also missed a mud dubber next on the exterior of that window. Edit: gaslighting is the opposite of honesty.

I called Dales bc they have been in business quite a while in my area. I needed my microwave fixed…read more& my oven door fixed the hinge was broke. I called set up the appointment . The repair man comes looks at the microwave & fixes the hinge on the oven. He had to come back after parts came in for the microwave fine. I received the bill for that days service they charged me 2 service charges 1 for each appliance. I thought that was ridiculous the whole bill for the day was $245. Dales calls me back with a price on what it's going to cost to repair the microwave & a minor fix for oven door is glass. It was going to another $425. I think. I say ok. Then my daughter shows me my same microwave at Lowe's for $$230. So I went & purchased a new microwave & my brother installed same place. Total charges to fix everything would have been around $770. When it cost me $480. They were upset about it. My problem was the 2 service charges & why not tell me it's cheaper to buy a new microwave? I would have remained a loyal customer forever if he said that. The other thing I find weird is the reviews are all 5 stars! That's fishy to me like they don't want to show any other ratings or reviews.

He could have come and looked at it and charged me a service fee, but he didn't. By the way, what he told me to do worked! I will continue to recommend their services.

My family & I will be switching carriers due to this specific location . They fired their representative who brought the most business to their store after working there for 10+ years. Sam convinced SO many people to switch to T-Mobile. He was working whether he was clocked in or not. He was selling and advertising for that store no matter where he was. I'll miss having someone who was able to talk to me like a human & not a robot when it came to plans/upgrades/etc. We won't support a business that is able to disregard someone who's put so much time and effort into their company. read more

When hubby & I moved here from out-of-state with our Verizon cell phones, we noticed this store, then located by the Walmart, in the Pennsville Marketplace shopping center. We were able to get new numbers for this area with no problem, and maybe a year or two later went back for new cell phones. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and overall it was a very good experience. We've gone in, now and then, with random questions or minor problems, which they've always been able to answer and help with. While everyone there is quite helpful and personable, we've worked with Robert, more than anyone, so he's kind of our favorite. (Shhh. lol) He does whatever he can to address the customers' needs and find a satisfactory resolution, and I imagine that anyone there does the same for their customers. They have since relocated to a bigger, brighter store with much better visibility from the road, in the Pennsville Shopping Center, near the Acme. I highly recommend We R Wireless of Pennsville for all of your wireless needs and wants.

I get that you kind of have to expect to be overcharged a little when you're in a tight spot and can't really say no to going ahead with the work. But it now looks pretty clear to me that Mr Rooter plumbers are trained to take maximum advantage of customers financially, even when they are not in a moment of crisis. The last straw for my wife and me came a few days ago. We had a relatively minor problem that we were willing to pay a little more for to have fixed quickly. But even then, we were presented with a crazy expensive and completely unnecessary fix. Specifically, we had a problem with the hot water feed on our bathroom sink that required the replacement of a part that would cost $20 tops at Home Depot. (I know as much because I checked online.) But the Mr Rooter plumber quoted us $700 to do the job, explaining how the entire faucet and all of the connecting apparatus below it needed to be completely replaced. Honestly, I'm embarrassed at how long it took me to get wise to the skeezy way this company does business. Don't be fooled. If Mr Rooter were a doctor's office instead of a plumbing company, and you went to them to have a wart removed from the back of your hand, you'd be told straight-facedly why you needed your entire arm replaced with the latest and greatest artificial limb, and that it'd "only" cost you a couple of million dollars in parts and labor to attach. It's really messed up. But this is how Mr. Rooter rolls. Consider yourself warned.
