Traded my phone in for upgrade Dec5 2019. Still to this day I'm getting the run around from the store manager. Att corporate advised me the phone was kept by them or an employee and never sent to them for credit. It was worth $700. Store manager is saying they are denying my credit but I have a company of tracking. Stay away. This is the second phone I've had issues with with them. read more

I have been a very loyal and faithful customer, until I had to visit the Store in the Cumberland Mall, First all I asked for was a phone for my step daughter and I ended up getting a watch and iPad, my fault. Next I went back to get my 3 kids an iPhone and got suckered into Direct TV which was a living nightmare, then I got hoodwinked into a damn business account when I don't even own a business. I have complained to corporate offices but they don't care. All they care about is money they don't care who they fuck over to get it, funny thing is not all the AT&T stores are like this one. All the other stores are straight forward with you and do not lie, unlike the pack of liars in this store. I started with AT&T back in 2010, when I got two iPhone 3GS's, I had two lines and had to pay $500. Deposits per line, after one year I received the deposits back. For 9 years never missed a payment, always upgraded every year. With the exception of 2017, I not only bought the following phones from AT&T 22 iPhones, LG-G3/ LG-G4 Samsung Note, HTC Inspire, Total of 26 phones. When the Apple Watch 2 came out I bought 2. Back in Nov, 2018 my wife and I bought 2 iPhone CS Max's (512GB) models ($1,449.99) Each Had no problem, Yesterday Feb, 11, 2019 I paid off 4 of the iPhones for a total $987.14. Then bought 2 series 4 Apple watches GPS & Cellular For a total of $1059.98. Spent over $2,000.00 the guy at Christiana mall couldn't activate the cellular ordain due to them not having good WiFi. So I drove to Vineland to have them set it up right off the bat the lady who must have been new had to run to the back like 4 times and call a Manager that right there tells me this store has people working there that do not know what they are doing (not properly trained) and yet are at the store alone. Next thing I find out is that my AT&T wireless service is now on the line of being cut because I still owe a balance to Direct TV, that's like Coke telling me I can't buy a soda from their machine because I owe Dr Pepper for a soda, (because coke is an Authorize bottler of Dr Pepper). Here is what I recommend STAY AWAY FROM TJIS STORE!!! Go to the store next to Taco Bell. They are way better. I will never go back to this store ever again. Incompetent uncaring. After over 17 yrs. as a customer (started with Cingular) Tried to purchase their security system. The tech was very good but was unable to install because of poor signal. Try getting your deposit back. All the staff and management is able to do is send e-mails. After about 2 weeks they tell me I have to come in and prove that they have my money. Disputed the charge with my Discover Card had my money back within 24 hours. 5 starrs for Discover. read more
