They have always done what is expected of them, quickly and efficiently. Trenton is especially helpful and informative. You can tell the character of someone by their actions, or in this case inactions. Ryan F. should be ashamed of himself - he's been told several times that this isn't the company he had a problem with, but Ryan's never fixed his mistake.

My notes, photos, calendar and some contacts didn't. These apps had vital information that will never be able to recover. Called back same day to voice concerns, was told to look through files and see if we're somewhere else. Looked for 2 days and no luck. Went back in and representative said that. Got different phone and that stuff wouldn't transfer. I Am BEYOND UPSET. Vital information and photos gone. Would not recommend and word of mouth won't be favorable.

Then to top it all off once you are smart enough to leave them, you'll spend months fighting with this terrible company over charges they won't explain to you and services you've never had, then have the nerve to send it to collections after saying the bill was in someone else's name who I do not know but apparently some how linked to my name and not to my knowledge. This company is a complete and utter joke. Don't just avoid TMobile, run from them. Don't go to their website, don't go to their store, and if you are currently a customer leave them before they screw you too! Oh and also their services suck as well and they have a pathetic coverage area you will never feel safe traveling with their shitty service network half the time you have their service you'll just be frustrated that you can't get decent reception any where.
