They sell flanges, tiny ones - if you know what those are then you know what kind of store this is. When you need some complex special parts to make that project work this is where you go. Without his help we would've went home with a faucet that wouldn't have worked with our sink. Not quite helpful enough to walk a complete noob through the process step-by-step, but enough to get somebody on the right path. My favorite part is they don't try to needlessly up-sell the customer. Our experience was very fair and professional, but it was only paint related. I can't speak to their glass.
