And customer service SUCKS!!! It is seriously TERRIBLE!! No one EVER answers the phone so you can't even get help when there is an outage; you just have to wait for someone to figure it out and fix it. I absolutely DO NOT recommend if you have other options available. We've actually called several companies and begged them to get service in our area so we can switch. Oh... and did I mention we are literally only feet away from the tower?
