I have always found them to be especially helpful and for the most part, quite knowledgable. This is especially true in the tool and hardware departments. On several occasions I've had Lowe's associates steer me away from a seemingly logical, but more expensive, purchase to one that was better suited to my needs. I sincerely apprecIate their expertise and their honest helpfullness, and I return all the more often because of it. Morehead Lowe's is highly recommended.

We were told that our delivery would be before 3:00p today. When hadn't showed up around 3:30, I called the store just to check and see what was going on. They said that the drivers had gotten a little behind, there were two stops to go ahead of us and it shouldn't be much longer. I figured that would be fine. I know they really don't know what the drivers might have to do (set-up or having to load any returns). At 4:00p I called again. I was just trying to get a ballpark guess. I still had stuff to do out in town. The nice man who spoke with me that time apologizetd for the inconvenience and asked to call me back after he had a chance to speak with the delivery drivers. I called back at 4:30p. I don't think he had any luck reaching them, he asked for my number and said he'd have the driver call me back. After another 25 minutes of not hearing anything I phoned the store yet again. I tried to explain to the young lady that answered the phone that I just needed a closer estimate, like I said, I have things to do outside of the house. She seemed upset with me and tried to explain that I was scheduled for after 3. She seemed very dismissive. It's 5:15p, I've made 4 calls about my delivery and they just got here. So much for my appointment that was at 5:00.

But if you get there half hour til closing the changing rooms will be getting cleaned and you'll have to wait or come back the next day. The only downside is that the parking lot can get really crowded due to the restaurants next door.
