Moreover, I have contacted the company from whom Neil Taul states that he has placed the order, and I have been told that no order exists. I am deeply disappointed in this situation, as Taul Funeral Home's facility and staff seems so friendly and professional. The rest of the staff continues to be so, but Neil, who I am told runs four businesses, including Taul Monument Company, will not return my emails or phone calls. I cannot stress enough that my dissatisfaction is with Neil, and Neil only, as this lack of customer service and simple respect falls squarely on his shoulders. Jack

They had buried someone right on top of my moms spot and put a stone their. Now when its time for the Good Lord take her we won't have room for her unless we hit my dads casket. They don't keep up the grounds as they tell you and you don't have a map layout of the cemetery. Don't buy from these people...they will do you wrong....
