I had an awful experience at this Greensburg location for 3 days straight. I came in with a…read moremalfunctioned BUSINESS phone. The phone was on but the screen was not working. The worker did not check to see if i had insurance on my device and just sent me off to geek squad. Seemed as they did not want to be bothered. Geek Squad could not help mentioned they can fix the screen but that may not be the issue to waste money on and sent me back to t mobile. I was NOT provided with any options- they told me i had to order a replacement phone and wait 2-5 days for it to arrive. I reminded them i run a business off this device and I can not go another day without a connection to my business. Their solution was to take my money again and they had me buy a apple watch and promised me i would be able to use the watch to call and text until it arrives. I was told i can not be given any phone or tablet in the meantime to hold me over i had to buy the watch so i did. The 2 people helping me seemed as if they did not want to be bothered or maybe just lacking knowledge?. I left the store and of course the apple watch did not work as i was told. I called customer service that evening on the phone with them for 2 hours asking if the phone sent can be overnighted or expatiated. The lady mentioned she worked it out and it will be delivered to the store the following day around or after 1 PM. I call the following day and the same worker I spoke with in person as the previous day responded to my call. Very unhelpful and short. Her advice was "UPS already came it is not here. maybe itll come tomorrow but i dont know" Once again, did not want to be bothered and did not offer any options or support to a customer who is in a tough situation. She then proceeded to hang up. The worker also made a comment " Live like 1992 they did not have phones" while i was voicing to them I need a solution before i leave here as this phone is all the ties to my BUSINESS. They were extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. I have never experience such terrible customer care. If i could give a negative review I would. Once my contract is over i will never use t mobile again.
