Thinking that unhappy customers are more likely to post complaints, I took the risk. I have to say that the computer ordering system they use is very confusing and leaves much to be desired. But, my repair was completed in a reasonable amount of time. DigiExpress was a MUCH better experience than my local go to iPhone repair shop who took over six weeks to eventually lose (and replace) my iPod and confessed later that they outsourced my repair. I really wanted folks to know that although I'm pretty neutral on DigiExpress, they are at least a legitimate company. I'll shop around again for my next repair, but will use them again, if the numbers are in their favor.

    One of the single worst interactions I've ever had with Verizon. Chris, the sales man was so…read morehorribly, horribly condensing and an embarrassing representation for the company. I asked for the differences between plans and after a few questions was met with, "well, do you know what faster internet is?" Seriously, a pathetic excuse of human being. I'll be honest, if that's the standard for Verizon employees, that says more about their company than any review ever could. This isn't a one-off review either. This is a pattern of disturbing and disgusting behavior from their staff over the last 12 months -- before and after the move. The Monroeville store already had the reputation of being the worst store in the area, with the Penn Center location being preferable by most members of the community. Today, their employees confirmed why the community has turned against them. We'll be filing a complaint to Verizon directly but quite honestly, this should be a warning to steer clear of this store and the people they hire. When the store inevitably replies with the corporate canned, "Sorry we missed the mark. We strive to do better. Hope to see you next time," it'll show how little they actually care about the customer and making things better. Things need to change. Until then, DO NOT patronize this store or support their employees.

I didn't even address that in that Yelp review. I am absolutely disgusted in the lack of integrity of Verizon's business ethics. It all had to do with the phone in the story that I ended up with that malfunctioned and I gave up with. I was fed up with the horrible customer service so I switched over to Xfinity. I was told I could return the phone that didn't work. Turns out that was a lie. When I switched over to Xfinity, I didn't realized that exact day I would be locked out of my Verizon account and not able to view the remaining balance OR my account number. It turns out both are important. I called Verizon immediately and was calmly told I'll receive a final bill for the remainder owed on the phone (that I didn't want). I basically knew at that point I was stuck with this so I said I can't afford that. Can I make payments? I was told as long as I make monthly payments and show good faith, I won't be sent to collections. I called and asked this every time to a human being and I was still told. 2 weeks after sending a payment, I got sent a notice that Verizon sent me to a collection agency. Verizon has caused me so much stress and anxiety and I already have a battle with an anxiety disorder. I also have dealt with my identity theft and it's taken 6 years to build my credit back up to where it is now. I have always been responsible and never missed a payment myself. I never deserved this treatment. Anytime I explained my situation to Verizon I was treated like I was a completed idiot, as if I should have researched and known I wouldn't have had access to my account number. I should have known this or that. No. When a customer service rep flat out tells me something, I should be able to trust them. I have a full time job. I'm expected to know all the details regarding it and I can't blame others if I fail at mine. I have dealt with MULTIPLE customer service reps and they have ALL treated me poorly and I've talked to multiple people that said Verizon has the worst customer service. So it's hard to imagine that I just "lucked out" with the worst in the bunch. I was told once by a Verizon customer service rep that the reason Verizon is so expensive because the customer service is so great. Well, I haven't seen it.

LONG VERSION: I visited this T-mobile store because I wanted to switch 3 lines from Verizon. The store was staffed with Holly and Nicole at the time of my arrival. Upon entering, Holly greeted me with a friendly hello as if we had known each other for years! I had many many questions prior to switching the phones to T-mobile, ranging from coverage maps for areas in two different states, monthly TOTAL pricing, applications, backup and restore process, referral program, T-mobile Tuesday and demonstration of how to use a flip phone for one of the lines. My priorities was the pricing and for any military member/veteran YOU CAN NOT BEAT T-mobile unlimited everything pricing plan. I have cut my bill in half (plus I got an additional surprise savings for Black Friday), i was able to just swap the SIM card to keep our iPhone and Galaxy note and I GOT NEFLIX free! Holly and Nicole were just superb! I wish Iived in the local area so I can visit with them on T-Mobile Tuesdays! What a GREAT first impression!

During…read morea phone upgrade in 2024, I was asked to sign physical paper forms, which I later learned from the Cranberry corporate store are not part of T‑Mobile's authorized process. After signing, I discovered I had been placed on a plan I did not agree to, and my bill increased from $73 to $134. When I questioned the discrepancies, the employee became verbally aggressive and used profanity. I escalated the issue through T‑Mobile's regional management and Asset Protection, but no resolution was ever provided.Since then, I have experienced multiple public harassment incidents from this same employee, including one that resulted in a police report being filed. Another incident occurred recently at Walmart, where he confronted me again and made threatening statements. The responding officer was already familiar with him from prior incidents. I am posting this review to warn others to be cautious. I hope the franchise owner and T‑Mobile corporate take these issues seriously, as this pattern of behavior poses a concern for customer safety.
