Worst Experience in my life !! I was just in the this store 7/19 to upgrade my sons phone which i had half started on the app but was getting timed out. One more payment on his phone left he was on the jump program eligible for upgrade total charge with taxes was 54.99. I went into the store they tried to tell me that the jump program was not available for him. I showed him my phone and cart. The manager deleted my cart and then told me to upgrade would cost 206.00. I went home and ordered the phone under the jump program for $54.99 they tried to scam me out of 151.00! Do not go to this store thinking they are going to help you. I've been in this location at least 3 different times and their customer service is horrible. They don't acknowledge you when you come in and will let you sit there for an hour before leaving because they were "too busy to help you". Leadership seems to be irrelevant here because this heavy guy is useless but here all the time. read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My husband went here to get his daughter a new phone AT THIS STORE, March 22 2025. Unfortunately she didn't know her Icloud password. Tyler the kid who helped him said it was not a problem they would transfer everything and then they can go to Apple and get a new iCloud password... not knowing about phones he trusted Tyler in knowing what he was doing since he worked in the cell phone industry. Welp turns out when Tyler transferred everything he also transferred the password.... So my husband's daughter has a brand new iPhone 16 that can't do anything but call and text. She went away out of the country with a non fully working phone. When she came back. We then tried to get this phone squared away with T-Mobile and Apple apparently no one wants to take blame so it's our problem now to have a $800 broken phone. We now switched to Verizon and the phone is still not fixed. In my opinion this is the store that messed the phone up they should FIX THE PROBLEM. I was disappointed last month when I went for help to the store and didn't see Melissa there. I have been there many times and every single time I see her, I have a sense of relief! She is so patient and super duper nice! Went a couple of times after and didn't see her. Today I went back and to my suprise, there she was smiling as I walked in! I was so happy to see her!! Tmobile needs more employees like her! As a customer, it's nice to know that she geniuly enjoys helping customers. read more
