Customer service rep at this location was a complete buffoon. Had no idea what he was doing,, so much so that Isabella another employee had to take over my request. She was absolutely a breath of fresh air in an obvious terrible situation. The manager was unwilling to listen and became argumentative. I would have walked out of that store except that my package had been shipped to it while I was attending the Oshkosh Air show. I left without my problem solved and their promise to return the equipment that had been ordered for me by another location. I do enjoy being a T-Mobile customer but I suggest anyone in Oshkosh shop at a different location. I will be contacting the national office for T-Mobile when I return to Florida and make sure that they are aware of how I was treated at the location in Oshkosh Wisconsin. I have been a loyal T-Mobile customer for over 7 years, i am questioning that loyalty today We walked into the Oshkosh location looking forward purchasing the new iPhone 16 pro, Ben stated because it was a new release , anywhere we go we are going to have to have it delivered. I asked Ben if he could call Appleton or Fondy? Went all down hill after that !! Ben was rude and unprofessional, I dont know how he made it to store manager with the unprofessional attitude he had today. He said you can do it, i asked him why he could assist with this? He stated it's not apart of his job? I then proceedto state, isn't your position Customer Service, he than be came condescending , and rude. Thank you Nick for intervening and try to assist us & rectifythe issue with professionalism. This guy is a dirt bag, rude & unprofessional. I will NEVER go to this store again. I'm also consideringchanging providers. How can this guy be in a leadership position & behave is this demeanor? Is beyond me, i would not want him representing my company. I would do minus 5 stars if I could .Beyond dissatisfied. First we went in to buy some new phones and switch on to my ne plan together since we got married and he was US cellular and I've been with Boost forever. Paid a fortune for new IPhones and during set up my husband noticed that his was the same GB's as the one he was trading in . So he said something and the sales rep reassured him that it would be fine and he didn't need all the space , I needed to know that mine was going to work at my Job and was shown a map of coverage and told it would be amazing..... cut to the next day , my husband can't download anything at all even do a update because his phone is full... they said to bring it back and would give the bigger one for a extra $100 which was fine , go back there and are told they will give us $70 for the brand new Ihone 13 pro max we just bought and he will need to put another $400 dollars on a new one , they kept taking my husbands phone into the back room and the sales person from original sale wouldn't come out and make it right , not to mention I get zero and I mean zero bars at my work which is only 1 mile from the store we bought from . So for 9 hours everyday I have no phone .... I'm beyond pissed !!!! They still haven't done anything they said they would to rectify the situation and me and my husband are stuck with expensive phones that basically don't work ... thanks for the lousy service.
