They are sending my new iPhone to the WRONG address that I specifically told them that they need to remove that address. Trisha Germain from the store called me saying that in order to fix the address to call back with the tracking number that they will call usps. I called back to get this handled and now I'm being told that I have to call usps myself. This lady had the nerve to be rude and talk over me as am I explaining to her that this is an inconvenience to me to keep have to call usps myself to fix their mistake. Then as I'm still trying to speak she hung up. Clearly customer service here isn't in their skill set. I ended up calling the customer care line and they ACTUALLY helped! So please do yourself a favor, avoid this location.

I signed up for cell phone and wifi a little over two years ago. I was told I would get a new cell…read morephone, which I did not need, but okay. I would also receive an iPad, again, have one, don't need one, but this one is newer and has stand alone capabilities and that is free too. Take it they said. Then I was given a new apple watch, again have one, it's free, they said you might as well take it, so I did and gave it to my son-in-law. They said it would look like I'm being charged, and then later it would somehow get it reversed and I would pay nothing for all three items. I never got a paper bill but when I finally got on my app one day two years later, I saw how to check on my bill. I looked, I had ordered "stand alone" service for my apple watch, which I was being charged for but, no, it didn't work when I was away from my phone. I see I, two years later have been making payments for the phone I did not need and the iPad I did not need and the watch I did not need and I gave away. All of these I was told were free when I signed up with T-Mobile. I called and complained and was told I would get a discount on my bill. Probably 4 months later my bill is the same as it was before. That included payments on my new phone, watch and iPad. I would never make payments on anything, even if I did want new devices, which I did not. Do not use this company, if you don't want to screwed. They are liars and don't fix it after taking the problem to customer service, if there was an error, which it wasn't, it was just a scam. I can't believe these people are still in business. Obviously, I am not the only one scammed, looking at the other reviews.
