He took all the time he needed to try and resolve my issues including calling the corporate staff. While he couldn't get my problem solved he guided me to the people that could. If you have a business or need a corporate account, please go to the store in Treasure Coast Mall and not this store. This T-Mobile location is NOT a 'real' or 'true' T-Mobile store, it's only an 'authorized seller' of T-Mobile products. I was trying to open a business account, customer care on the phone said I needed to go to a store for this purpose. The associates at this store refused to help, even after customer care representative tried to help walk them through the process. Always go to a 'real' and 'true' T-Mobile location, a corporate store. If I could give no stars I would. I have been to this T-Mobile twice and both times the customer service was absolutely horrible. The workers were both extremely rude and talked to me like they had something better to do with their day. Almost like I was annoying them by just walking in the door. I will never go back again and I am currently switching my phone plan. The second encounter the girl actually happened to be a manager! Can you believe that!? I was shocked that when I asked for a manager she was it. T-Mobile do better at hiring or you're going to lose all your customers. read more

Update: so finally got a return label from the "business center" about a week after my previous review only after threatening BBB complaint. Phones returned to T-Mobile Fort Worth TX Nov 25th. I thought the refund would be credited back to my cc. To my ..... well not really a surprise at this point.... It has not. Sooo I call today go through the CSR pass only once though so not too bad right.? Wrong. The refund needs to be "requested and approved " !!! Are you @&$% me? Wait it gets worse. "How much is your refund sir?" Omg if I didn't know better you might think TM is working out of a van somewhere. I ask to speak to a supervisor or someone who can actually think...... hung up on...,,, truly unbelievable. read more

I have to say I was very impressed by the customer service at the Palm City location today!! So nice, helpful and patient, not something to find often these days in a retail setting. Spent 5 and a half hours in this store one day and left feeling great. We had new phones and watches and things were great. Got the first bill and it was for $82 more that they told us. Was assured it would be fixed. Got the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bill and it's the same thing. After speaking with 3 reps in 3 different stores and countless reps on the phone, I surrender. We will be switching to another provider. Thanks for nothing ATT. read more

The staff at the Palm City location rock. Shawn and Oliver are knowledgeable and patient. They helped us with the switch from Verizon and problems thereafter. I never had such a wonderful experience with other stores. Very happy with T-mobile. read more
