He didn't have it in stock until Monday and quoted (what I though was a fare price) however we were leaving town Tuesday and was hoping to find someone that had it in stock. We went to several other shops and no one else had it in stock and to order, it would be 2x the amount Dee quoted me. When I went back to Cell & Fix Tech, Dee made sure I was paying what he had quoted and the transaction was very easy and pleasant. There is usually one person working and a long line, the last 3 times I have had to darken the door I have had to wait in line for an hour or more only to find they can't or won't take care of the issue. They will add insurance ( which is a total joke) without your permission and good luck getting it removed. I was just there within the last two weeks, stood in line for an hour and asked the worker to remove the insurance, fast forward to today and it is still on my bill. I called the store and was told there is nothing they can do unless I come in to the store. I responded I already did that and I waited for over an hour and you didn't remove the insurance. It is hard to believe they care about their customers when they are so bad consistently. Avoid at all costs.

Please go somewhere else other than this place cuz they're rude. They believe what they say goes not what their customer has a problem with. This is the second replacement for this phone it's a Nokia x100 in it is terrible. No 4G or 5G. It doesn't make sense why they would send my phone back when I need it. I highly recommend staying as far away from this place as possible. It's supposed to be a flag store but they don't know what they're doing. And when they give you a phone number to call don't even try. They do not answer. I let it ring for 10 minutes and no answer.

I called Cricket about 9Am, no answer and passed by the light was not on trying to see if they would match the rate, since no one there, I went to Target to get there plan. the young lady said wait until later or tomorrow and the phones will kick in so we left with the new plan same phones that I had with Cricket, just bought the sim card, only $20. it was perfect, so happy that I would be paying less, since I just retired and trying to make ends meet, it was about 3:30 pm and we had no phones, they were locked, I called Consumer and they said the phones were good, no problems. nut the phones were still locked, I chatted with Cricket on line because I had no phones, the gentleman said I need a code to unlock the phones , but I could not get in to get the code, I went to Cricket and the guy there said that I had to pay for 2 more months because that was there policy, 6 months with there company or the phones would be locked, so even thought they don't have a contract you are forced to stay with them 6 months, this was unknown to me, we went back to Consumer and cancelled and we had to go back to Cricket for them to take us back for , they told us that probably we would have fees , I pleated to call the owner or Manager that is in Miami to see if he would give us a break, of course he said no , we would have to pay the installation fees $101.96. we decided to go back to Cellular and buy new phones $169.58 at this time with back and forth it was around 8pm without dinner , more debt instead of being better off, and we had to go back to cellular to finish transferring the data because it was late, in my opinion, please beware of Cricket Cellular, when I was writing on Consumer Affairs I saw more complaints.

Okay, I understand this is a long review so if you don't have enough time to read the entire…read morereview, do yourself a big favor: DO NOT GO THERE!!! They will basically STEAL your money and ironically, Cricket's Customer "Care" Support doesn't give a crap! I would give them ZERO star if I could. Save yourself some headaches, you would be glad you do, trust me! Look at that retailer Facebook's page, it's a 2/4 and they have one star on Yelp. DO NOT GO THERE, DO NOT GO THERE! You've been warned and you're welcome! 1- I purchased a phone on 10-03, I also purchased a screen protector (a very expensive one might I add) and got it installed at the retailer. However, the screen protector was not properly installed - there was some bubble underneath. So I stopped by the retailer to have it fixed; A guy named D-Jay removed the mis-installed protector and put a new one that does not cover my entire phone, and I told him that screen protector does not fit my phone and therefore won't protect it; he then told me to hold on to it for now and he'll order the one that will fully cover the phone entirely and it should arrive within two days. So I asked him if I should stop by Saturday (cuz it was a Thursday) to pick it up, he said no, but took my number and said he was going to call me once the screen protector arrives. 2-Two weeks later, I haven't received any phone calls from him so I went back in the store to find out what was going on and boom! My phone drop in the parking lot... my concerns come true because my screen cracked around the surrounding areas that were not covered. D-Jay was not in the store but the sale person did call him but he was trying to blame me saying the item came but I never pick it up, so I reminded him that he took my number & said he was going to call me once the protector arrived and he never did, then he quickly backing out of his words and was saying that he doesn't know what happened cuz he ordered it but it never got delivered... I was shocked how he was switching his words within seconds and that also made me believe that he was LYING & he never actually placed the order. I told him, my phone breaking is his fault because if if the correct screen protector was on it, it would not break after one little drop. So consequently, the retailer should repair my shattered screen and issue me a refund if they can't get me another screen protector that perfectly fit & fully protect my phone - just like the 1st one. He said that he can't and gave me a "back office" 1800-CRICKET # and told me to ask for "Zack". When I called the number, they said that they could not transfer the call to Zack. I was livid, rightfully so because clearly he was LYING to me yet AGAIN. So I filed a complaint (# I770-666-85), went back inside the store to ask him when was Zack was going to be physically there because I want to speak with him myself. He said that Zack was in a meeting, but asked for my number to call me after the meeting. The day ended and I never received the call...  fast forward to a week later, still no call from Zack. 3- A month later, my phone is still shattered, the D-Jay guy HAS MY MONEY, DOESN'T ORDER the CORRECT SCREEN PROTECTOR, and REFUSES TO ISSUE ME A REFUND. So I had to call Cricket Customer Service AGAIN for to file anothercomplaint (I776-489-24) while at the store because the D-Jay refuse to give me a refund for that screen protector that I PAID FOR but NEVER RECEIVED. This is my last month with Cricket; I can't do business with a such terrible company. ** I will report Cricket/that retailer to the BBB, and leave this strongly worded review on Yelp, Facebook, Yellow Page, etc. So that other people fall into the chaos that I find myself in.
