Review: I've been a…read moreloyal MetroPCS customer since 2003, but the experience I had at the Metro PCS store located at 1167 Pleasant Street, Fall River, MA 02723 was the worst I've ever had. On August 6, I went in with 5 phones on my plan, simply trying to replace an old phone and keep my number. Instead, the store manager Tiago (#xsz928) canceled my phone from my plan and set it up as a brand-new plan. He promised me it would be fixed in a week, but every time I went back, he pushed me off again. What he actually did was create an extra line and put my new phone on a separate plan--leaving me paying $200 for my old plan plus $62 for the new one. When I tried to get answers, Tiago was rude, dishonest, and even physically aggressive, pressing his body against mine as if he wanted to fight. That is completely unacceptable behavior for anyone, let alone a manager. Thankfully, when I finally contacted MetroPCS customer service, they explained exactly what he had done, fixed the problem, and treated me with respect and professionalism--everything this store failed to do. After more than 20 years as a Metro customer, I have never experienced anything like this. This store is shady, unprofessional, and unsafe. If you need help, skip this location entirely and call MetroPCS customer service instead. Tiago should not be managing a store.

My parents didn't KNOW OR did not understand the FINAL SALE STATEMENT AND WERE TREATED POORLY AFTER THAT. The manager claimed to be the regional manager and district manager when asked for the phone number of the regional.

After Alerting him of our concerns, his response was well I gave you more cabinet space, which was never asked for. I love the casual chic aesthetic of the clothing, the shoes are always teasing me ("bring us home! we're so beautiful!"). The home decor pulls me in and won't let me go until I buy new mugs, new dessert plates, new kitchen towels . . . well, you get the idea! If you know the brand, you know how tempting everything is. I walked in to this Derby Street location the other day to buy a little housewarming gift for a niece moving into her first solo place and walked out with mugs and plates for me as well! I had to tear myself away from the sale handbags because, well, restraint - am I right?? I always anticipate that shopping the store is going to be difficult (only because most shopping in person can be) until I get inside and it's lovely! The staff is low key helpful if you want them to be, not a hard sell experience by any means. I mean, it's nice when someone willingly comes out from behind the counter to help you find something that you might like. Just, because they can help you? Wow.
