My experience then was stellar, working with a service rep named Danielle. I've tried calling the location several times to see if she still works there and they DO NOT answer the phone. Fast forward to November 2018 and my friend needs a new phone. Of course I suggest MetroPCS. I will say, she made one mistake - she didn't ask me to come with her. That said, no business should take advantage of someone who doesn't understand technology very well. She had a simple request - new phone, new service and transfer her number and files from her existing phone. Instead, they issue a new number and fail to transfer her files. She goes back to take advantage of the 30-day return period (as printed on her receipt) and the store owner/operator fails to accept the return. She shared other shady experiences, such as the store agent buying a phone (for cash) off someone who came in from the street. She tried calling MetroPCS corporate, which, even I know is a complete joke. Based on her experience, I would avoid this store at all costs, and although service works for my needs, I would never recommend anyone use MetroPCS based on her inability to get ANY assistance from either the store or the company. I'm continuing to work with her to help resolve the issue since THIS store operator (a man) refuses to assist her, and she cannot get the 800 number to have a clue what she is calling about.

I called first and Jesus picked up and he was very knowledgeable and courteous over the phone…read more Upon arriving, I parked on the street and once I entered the store, Tenisha properly greeted me and told me that someone else would be with me as soon as possible because both her and Jesus were helping another customers at the time. I only had to wait less than 5 minutes for Tenisha to finish up with her customer and she asked me what I was there for and I told her that I was there to see Jesus and she started the process of helping me with what I came in there for. Tenisha was also knowledgeable of the product that I wanted to have and described the prime features. I came in for AirPods and left out a happy camper. I appreciated that they were patient with me, smiled and opened up my package in a nice and neat manner and showed me how to utilize my product prior to me exiting the store.
