T-mobile is a scam if you signed up for a free phone promo in the last 2 years. There is a good chance that they added it to your plan and started charging you for a phone that was on your plan. T-Mobile is now changing there terms and conditions so you can't file a class action lawsuit with them they are now going to be able to sweep crimes and accusations under the rug without you knowing. By signing you u for a free phone then making you pay for it makes it look like more people on signing onto T-Mobile artificially driving up there market value. T mobile also refuse to print contracts or terms and conditions when you sign up. You have to agree and sign everything on there website. Please beware I went here last month and got talked into switching from my sprint plan to T- mobiles plan by a smooth talking salesman. He said my monthly bill would be cheaper. Actually it doubled. WARNING This place is a scam! Nothing but a bunch of commission hungry creeps. My brother wanted to be put on my family plan and I told him to pick up a SIM card so we could call corporate and add him and they REFUSED to sell him one. They told him to have me call 611 to add him to make changes. They would "Give give him a deal". They have him my information WITHOUT me even being there. They wanted to just make changes to MY account without me there. I drove down to the store and they said the only plan he could be on was a very expensive plan and even when I asked about the signs all over the store with the plan rates they told me that would not work with my account. So we went home and called T-Mobile instead and got the deal that was advertised everywhere. We had to go back to pick up the SIM card after we made the changes to the account and they were VERY MAD at me for making the changes over the phone and not with them, even told me that it wouldn't work. They tried really hard to make me feel like an idiot but everything worked out just fine after I left the store. Never have I seen a store try to be so discouraging against it own corporate unit. I love T-Mobile service and never has a problem but STAY AWAY FROM THE STORES! CALL THEM INSTEAD! I'm paying almost HALF the price they wanted to give me and the customer service on the phone was awesome! read more
