I understand that this is common practice, as they're already configured for his TV's. Quality came out and got all 3 of our new TV's set up with the proper mounting hardware. They were on time, pretty much on budget to what was quoted, the technician was courteous, clean and efficient.

As…read morea constant traveler and having Cameras, security system and air conditioning/Heating/and Humidifier working on WiFi it is not comforting to have it all go away after a lightning storm. Particularly if you are 3,000 miles away for a month. When I get home all I have had to do was turn it on. (Another company used to do this from their service desk). Plus, I paid 1/3 more than I am paying now for a better service. In trying to cancel my subscription, I have to take the equipment back to their store. (They have no store in Tampa)! I am satisfied if I was to stay home and be at the mercy of my WiFi.

Turns out, all the reviews were truthful and spot on. Rayna the manager was FANTASTIC !!! She "Held our hands " and took her time with us through the whole process, explained everything patiently several times, transfered ALL our files, ( in past at other cell phone stores I have been told more than once that all the files cannot be transfered, I imagins that's because those store sale people can't be bothered), filled out all our paperwork, got us special rebates, the list of great customer service gestures with sincerity and genuine concern goes on and on.
